I recently bought two Pastrymade rolling pins for Christmas, and they are great. Like most carved pins they're a little smaller than ordinary pins, which makes them very easy to position on cookie dough. I love them to bits and they create very cute biscuits. I'll definitely buy some more designs. Post and tracking was great through FedEx. There were delays but it was December so totally understandable. It's a good product and good to support a small family business.

I used my first 2 pins to make Christmas cookies and was totally hooked! The pins are so easy to use and they make gorgeous cookies. I immediately ordered 3 more pins, which did take a bit of time to arrive but it was worth the wait. Highly recommend these rolling pins with gorgeous patterns. Just follow the directions on how to use them and you will not be disappointed.

Ordered three rolling pins and all were expertly carved. Not one defect. Shipping was super fast to my house in Wisconsin, less than a week. Great company.

I ordered my rolling pin after Christmas and several weeks later I saw that it was still waiting to ship from FedEx so I contacted the seller and within hours I had the info from FedEx that they received my item and would be shipping and within 4 days I had my rolling pin! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Thank you so much. The rolling pin is absolutely beautiful and I can't wait to try it out!!!! I will probably be looking to see what I can order next now!!!

I ordered a total of six of the embossed rolling pins for Christmas presents. My first order arrived on a timely matter, the second order was delayed, but honestly they were worth waiting for. The designs are delightful. All the recipients of the pins were very happy to receive them as gifts! I love the cause that is behind Pastrymade. Thank you and I wish you nothing but success!

I ordered the Joyeux Noel pin on December 8th and, based on the estimated time of delivery stated in the website, I was hoping to receive it on time to prepare cookies for Christmas Eve. Unfortunately this was not the case and I got quite frustrated as I was not even receiving any answers to my emails. Then Karolina took personally care of the issue, she explained that they have a processing time to craft the order, that they got many orders in December and did not manage to answer all the emails. She was incredibly kind and did everything possible to compensate for the issue and make me happy! Finally I got the pins, they are really well made, I still have to practice but I already love them. I appreciated the effort behind Karolina's family business and would just recommend interested buyers to consider that it could take some time for the delivery of the pins.

I ordered the rolling pins back in November in support of the people of Ukraine. I bought them as a special Christmas gift for my daughters & daughters-in-law as they are young moms with young bakers. I was disappointed that there was only 1 recipe sheet and 3 brushes for 4 rolling pins! Oh well, I'll have to try to copy them! All in all, even with the pins arriving on 1/10/23, I'm happy with the quality & hope the results will be as lovely as the pins are!!

Ordered online on 18 December and did not expect to receive for Christmas 2022. Payment was processed quickly.The video by email of the delay was unhelpful and emailed back to post it on Facebook but there was no response till I followed up on Facebook. The Fedex shipping details were helpful to keep track. Received my order in 2 batches with latter received on 9 January 2023.
Must add, however, Karolina personally followed up by email in February to apologise for the earlier delay. A subsequent request was delivered within 8 days! Thank you Karolina for trying your best. Much appreciated!

Well made, great craftsmanship in this product. I love the designs and variety of designs. They are priced well. Easy to use.

I received a reply from the Pastry Made owner. She directly addressed my concerns and offered her sincere apologies for the delay. She told me my pins were ready for shipping but she offered to cancel my order if I was not willing to wait. I am still so excited to receive these and I agreed to accept the order. I have been able to confirm shipping is in progress as she provided me the tracking number.
I am extremely happy with Karolina's response and she has gone above and beyond to insure I am satisfied. I am very grateful for her response.

The first time I came here I did just because I wanted to read as much reviews as I could, especially the bad ones, 'cause yeah, I was a bit scared. I was worried that this was a scam and you guys helped me seeing this through. I ordered two rolling pins the 9th of December and I was hoping to receive them for Christmas, but shipments got delayed, Karolina even sent a video message about it. I got my pins now and they are BEAUTIFUL, ok? The engraving is so good in all the details I'm shocked. Even the Christmas gifts are so well made!
Pastrymade is just a small business, run by the hard work of a team of artisan, and this is something I respect with all my heart. The reality is: we are all so used to ultra fast e-commerces that most of the time sell cheap things and exploit workers, that when a company does things with care and attention and takes longer to do that, we immediately get enraged and think of a scam.
Pastrymade is a reality like no other in this context, and I will support them from now on.

Good product and good service. I have ordered twice from Pastrymade, and on each occasion the product was good quality, just as described and arrived in Australia in good time.

Even close to Christmas and they shipped in time to get here before Christmas. The products are awesome and their Donations to HELP UKRAINE is what got me to order from them. The online recipes are amazing and I cannot wait to make some cookies with the rollers. The variety of designs and quality is fantastic.

I took advantage of the Black Friday deal (2 rolling pins + cookie cutters, mat, brush, recipe book as pdf) on the 21st of November. Before placing the order was able to ask questions via webchat (I was ordering from the UK), which were answered promptly. I also received regular updates on the status of the order on the 28th of November and 2nd December. The products are well made and carefully packed. Would definitely recommend!
