The pin is of good quality. It arrived in time and the recipe booklet is very helpful. The pattern is clearly pictured at the cookies.

I am quite disappointed in this company. I placed my order for the rolling pin nearly three weeks ago. It has not arrived nor have I received an email, as they promised, that the item is ready to be shipped. Further, they have not responded to my follow up emails asking why I haven't received the item. The lack of communication is not a good reflection on the integrity of this company.

My rolling pins arrived so quickly from Poland, even earlier than promised. The workmanship is exquisite. My pins are for gifts. Can’t wait to hear what the recipients say. I was wise enough to keep one for myself!

Excellent product. The designs are cut deeply into the roller. Surprisingly fast delivery from Poland to California!

The Harry Potter rolling pin is a gift for my wife, the detail is amazing and overall the rolling pin is really well crafted. Would definitely recommend!

I love embossed cookies, biscuits, and pastry, and these rolling pins make beautiful prints! The design comes through clearly and with great detail. I used a lemon shortbread recipe with the “Cat Lady” roller, and they were a hit!

**UPDATE: I've changed my review from 1 to 5 stars. Pastrymade refunded the amount for the extra pins without their return. I don't know if it was just a late refund or because of my initial poor review but either way they made it right. Remember always double check your order before you buy!!!
Customer service is non existent. Don't expect any help or refund. I placed an order for a single rolling pin. As soon as the order went through I realized I had ordered a duplicate. I immediately contacted the company and they responded the next day they would cancel the duplicate and adjust the billing. They did not. Instead I received 2 of the same rolling pins and a random pineapple pin (for swingers?) When I contacted the company they said send them back and we will refund your money, knowing full well the cost to ship the pins back would equal the refund. On their website they state you have 24 hours to cancel order. I guess 2 minutes is too long to partially cancel an order. The pin I wanted is small but nice. Its worth $20 not the $86 I paid.

This is my second order and I was so surprised when the courier said" I have an overseas order for you ". The delivery was quick, as during Covid it took much longer, totally understandable.
The rollers are beautiful and the joy I get from using them is indescribable!

First of all the delivery was extremely fast, made the order on April 15 & today it arrived on April 21, I was told 2-4 weeks, so I am stunned of how fast it arrived. Rolling pins are beautiful & price was extremely affordable even with the Euro exchange to Canadian dollars, I am already planning another purchase & I'll most definitely be letting my crew at my studio know of this beautiful product & how efficient and so smoothly it all was done, thank you so much, I love them!!!

These rolling pins are great, fantastic quality/workmanship, the company is fantastic to deal with, they send products out asap and having now used them for the first time they roll out beautifully, I used their butter biscuit recipe and the family loved them

The designs are beautiful. I ordered two, and one is perfect. There was a production error with the second pin. Pastrymade have responded immediately to my query (once I found the right contact method for them) and are sending a replacement. I'm looking forward to making more beautiful things!

Though the rolling pins were smaller than I imagined, they are quality products, and the recipients appreciated them. Also, the communications were timely.

My second order (to the USA) was as perfect as the first. Both included 5 plus pins and I know I’ll be ordering again. The pins are study, excellent quality, roll smoothly, and the variety of designs make them perfect gifts. The small recipe book has wonderful cookie recipes (approximately 10.) It’s very worth the cost. My orders arrived in one and perhaps three weeks. A wonderful way to bake with the little ones! They get so excited.
