They sent my order quickly and it got here really fast. Everything as advertised, the rolling pins are clean and well made, and feel sturdy. The embossing is nice and deep, and everything feels like good value for money. I’d tried a cheap one previously, and you can definitely tell the difference in quality. Would order from them again, and I’m excited for all the fun cookies I’ll be making with the rolling pins for Christmas!!

Loved the rolling pin. I bought it for my stepdaughter who is of Ukrainian heritage. I bought it when the company was fairly new, and was happy with my experience. Fast forward a couple of years and I’m being absolutely bombarded with emails with various “name at pastrymade” accounts, this is the worst I’ve ever been spammed by a company. I won’t deal with them again, just based on their consistent spam.

They sent the wrong rolling pins. I hate the pins they sent. I emailed them but have not received a response.

Ordered 3 of your rolling pins. Do not like them at all. Used them the way you said to, and the dough still stuck on them. Did not get hardly any imprint either.
Waste of money for me.

The quality is very good, from my previous order. But - when I ordered for certain amount, the check out amount was significantly higher, because some misterious "taxes" appeared. What taxes inside EU? From my point of view, it is pure cheating. I dont think i will buy again.

So far 3 stars for Pastrymade. They are located in Poland. Emailed 3 times to see when my order will ship, with no response. So frustrating. It has been a week and no shipping notice.

This is the second time I’ve placed an order with Pastrymade - and once again they did not disappoint.
I love their rolling pins (Ukraine Flower, French Bulldog, Dog Mom) and cubes (Flowers and Christmas). This time I also bought the cookie cutters - because finishing with those is what makes them as cute as what you see on their website.
They also make great gifts for new and young bakers.

I have placed two orders with this company. Both orders were handled the same way. About a week after ordering, I received a notice that the order was shipped. Four days later I received a second email that the order was on its way. In fact, a label had been created, but no shipment was made in either case. It took 2 1/2 weeks to receive the first order. I have not received the 2nd order, it has not been shipped yet.
I understand that shipping takes time, but this is significantly longer than the 10 days they quote.

The products are very well made and I am pleased with them, they just need to be more honest with their real delivery times.

I placed my order on October 16 and my rolling pins were delivered on October 31. I am anxious to try these rolling pins.

These are the best rolling pins to decorate your biscuits and pastry. Don’t go for the cheaper options: these will leave clear designs on your bakes and so beautifully. Marvellously made, to last you a lifetime

Very high quality products, and good customer service too. I ordered two patterned rolling pins, the patterns are incredibly detailed, and are cut quite deep so the detail on cookies or pastry is very well defined. Very high quality. I am delighted

They arrived much faster than I expected (delivery to UK)

I bought 2x cookie blocks from Pastrymade over a month ago at a total cost of £28.95. Their courier service was awful and did not deliver my parcel. They never left a missed delivery card and claimed to have already tried to deliver twice, then said they would either return my parcel to sender or throw it away as I couldn't collect it from their office in time due to working 12hr shifts at a Care Home and not having enough notice to cover my shift to collect it. I informed Pastrymade who were unhelpful and stopped responding to my messages. So Pastrymade have kept the money I paid them and FedEx have either returned my parcel to sender, thrown it away, or stolen it. I'm very disappointed. I will never shop from Pastrymade or use FedEx delivery company again!

Arrived today and the rolling pin and block are very tactile and well made and just look great.
I am looking forward to using them.
I have been checking on the reviews on any advice on use.

All I need to say is my rolling pin rolls out the most beautiful patterns when I put together hand pies, cookies, and anything in between!

I LOVE these pins! I have quite a few now, and they all make such lovely and festive cookies. Easy to use. Easy to clean and gorgeous to display. The order and delivery process were simple, but the main thing is I trust Pastry Made.

The products are excellent. Extremely well made.
Delivery time was long but given all the trouble near Poland, oerhaps it was to be expected.
I would have liked some instructions about how to care for this beautiful/whimsical cookie cutter. But haven't looked on the website to see if it is on their website. This was my second purchase.

I’m editing my original review. Their products are lovely & the people I bought them for as gifts loved them. Be aware you may receive an unknown FedEx invoice after receiving your goods, which you will not have been informed about prior to purchasing. According to FedEx it’s not their issue, & responsibility falls to seller to inform buyer of any possible additional costs such as duty & taxes.

Pastrymade has now been in touch with me & as a gesture of goodwill, reimbursed me the sum for the FedEx invoice I received.

Something happened with my last order, but it was the because of the delivery. After several months I still had not received my rolling pin due to the delivery company. I contacted Pastrymade, and they sent another one which I received today. They have always been punctual with every order I have placed. Also, with my orders for my granddaughter and daughter-in-law. This is a great company!!
