🚨 URGENT WARNING — AVOID PASSMEFAST. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE YOU MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID.
I deeply regret trusting PassMeFast with my money. I paid almost £2,000 for driving lesson packages, an enormous amount of money that I worked hard to earn. My experience has left me stressed, frustrated and worried about getting my money back.
I FEEL COMPLETELY LET DOWN, AND I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE.
One of my biggest concerns has been instructors asking for additional money to be transferred directly into their personal bank accounts. This is extremely concerning when customers have already paid substantial amounts for a package. If you are expecting to pay for driving lessons, you should not be left confused or worried about unexpected payment requests.
I have also had concerns about the instructor arrangements and the reliability and safety of the service I expected to receive. Customers deserve to feel safe, receive clear information and get the service they paid for without unnecessary stress.
Almost £2,000 is not a small amount of money. It is money people work hard for, and the stress of a financial dispute can be overwhelming. I wish I had never trusted this company with my money.
MY MESSAGE IS SIMPLE: DO NOT USE PASSMEFAST. PERIOD.
Based on my experience, I would never choose this company again. I am sharing my experience because I do not want other people to go through the same financial stress and frustration.
PLEASE TAKE THIS WARNING SERIOUSLY. I WOULD STRONGLY URGE ANYONE CONSIDERING PASSMEFAST TO STAY AWAY.

I first got a phone call from PassMeFast but got disconnected. Even so, Jaime picked up and talked through each step in what goes on during my lessons with detailed information; how much hours I will need, what kind of payments I need to make and how much they cost, how to use the student portal, what their companies about and what they strive for. Jaime was clear and understandable and someone great to talk to if you want to understand what you’ll be doing through your practical lessons. Great customer service!

Expensive and would advise against them
1st of my partner was impatient and wanted to get driving straight away.
Nobody could help.j
How we came across this company I dont know.
So he paid £2.500 and was told pass the Theory 1st..my grandson was doing lessons with someone and he was able to get the practice and behind the wheel and also do his theory. So now we have passed the theory and was then told 45 days for an instructor. Now instructor assigned but the instructor said you have paid well over the top. My partner also thought he was paying the fee for the test and it turns out he wasn't. All in all not a happy experience.

As part of our service, pupils are required to hold a valid theory test pass before practical training and test arrangements can be finalised. Once this has been achieved, we then begin the process of sourcing a suitable instructor based on the pupil's location, availability and course requirements. We appreciate that waiting for an instructor assignment can be frustrating, and we're sorry for any disappointment caused during this stage of the process.
We're also sorry to hear of the confusion regarding what was included within the course package. Our team aims to explain course inclusions during the booking process, and we regret if any aspect of this was unclear.
Whilst we are disappointed to hear that you feel the course was expensive, our pricing reflects a range of factors including the course type, lesson hours, location, instructor availability and any additional services selected as part of the package. We are unable to comment on the views expressed by individual instructors regarding pricing.
