I am extremely disappointed with PastMeFast
I am extremely disappointed with the level of service I have received so far. It has been very frustrating that I have been unable to speak to anyone directly, and the only occasion on which my call was returned was when I mentioned making a payment.
When I initially signed up, I was advised that it would take 7 to 10 working days to find an instructor. I made it clear from the outset that I wanted to begin driving lessons as soon as possible, and I was assured that this would not be a problem from Nathan who is in the sales team.
It has now been nearly 13 days since my first contact, and the only communication I have received is an email advising that an instructor is being assigned. I am now being told that it could take another couple of weeks, although I am promised an update within five days.
Quite frankly, this is not good enough. Based on the information provided when I signed up, I expected to have started driving lessons by now. The significant delay, combined with the poor communication and lack of access to a representative, has left me feeling very dissatisfied with the service.

We would like to clarify that, in line with our Terms and Conditions, instructor allocation can take up to 45 days. However, we are often able to source instructors much sooner than this, depending on instructor availability and demand within a student's local area.
We understand that you were keen to begin lessons as soon as possible, and we appreciate that any waiting period can be frustrating. We have requested further information from you so that we can review your concerns in more detail; however, we have not received a response, which currently limits our ability to investigate the matter further.
Should you wish to discuss your course or provide the requested information, please contact our Customer Support team and we will be happy to review your case and assist further.

To say I’m angry and disappointed is an understatement. I just wish I listened to most of the reviews on here saying how bad they were before I made my first payment.
I joined Pass Me Fast as the advisor said I would get help to pass and it would happen in a specific time frame. I paid the deposit of £375 to start the process upon initial contact. I was then advised about week later they had matched me to a driving instructor but I wouldn’t get their contact details until I paid in full (a further £455). Once I paid the remaining amount I got the instructors detailed and they advised they would contact me unless I wanted to make first contact. I waited a week, heard nothing so I made first contact. I messaged the instructor three times over a two week period until they eventually replied. On my first lesson the instructor asked where I’m taking my test, upon answering they decided to take me 20 minutes away from my test centre location (it was actually in another district) to practice my driving.
I was being hassled on the portal to book a practical driving test since I got assigned a driving instructor. I finally managed to book a practical driving test after a month of trying but then when I tried to upload the date on the PassMeFast portal it failed and refused to accept the date, showing a message box advising I need to contact admin. When I spoke to admin they said my driving instructor was not available so I would have to cancel or reschedule my practical test. So I asked to change my driving instructor, which they didn’t don’t do and as you can probably guess I didn’t have access to a car for test or an instructor so it was a automatic failed.
I complained to a Pass Me Fast admin to get a partial refund but was advised they don’t do that over the phone and would have to contact their support over email as I can’t have refund for convenience. I sent the support team three separate emails over a month nearly two months explaining how I’m not cancelling out of convenience but failure on their part to commit to what they advertised and asking me to reschedule my appointment for their convenience especially after hassling to book a test they couldn’t accommodate. Unfortunately I have been ignored.
SO PLEASE DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE that I did and AVOID PASS ME FAST at all cost, perhaps try Driving Academy or any other driving school/company that offer this service and tell as many people as you can to also avoid pass me fast if they are looking. Should be named never pass or pass me slow.
