My order came in as expected, no issues and the parts appear to be good quality. The GM genuine pigtail bag was ripped open but looks to be fine, we will see when I install it.
My only complaint is the first order I made was cancelled because apparently my credit card cancelled it? I wasn't emailed that the order had been cancelled and it didn't know until I looked up the status on my account several days after it was supposed to have arrived. I've received multiple emails about sales and asking for this review but nothing about the cancelled order. Frustrating because I never dealt with this with other suppliers I was using before, but not the end of the world and I plan to continue buying from parts avatar as I do not want to spend any money in the US anymore.

Honestly it's the prices!!!!!!
Parts Avatar provides so many options when it comes to brakes.They have premium/mid-grade and economy .I've tried all levels and honestly all work great.As for other parts they easily beat my local Napa/Benson locations on price.The only thing I don't like is that I'm in rural ontario and it usually takes a week to get my parts.Then it's Amazon.

Very pleased with parts and delivery.
My order was quite timely, the delivery driver had a bit of a problem finding the address, but he called (very pleased). And pricing was rather good. I will definitely use Parts Avatar again.

Does not ship on time.
Three strikes. I wanted to use a Canadian based company to replace Rockauto. The pricing is good but the order processing is terrible. I have placed three orders. All three orders have been significantly longer to receive than promised, even when paying for expedited shipping. The first order took 13 days. The second order took 5 days. Now the third order is over 4 days and still not shipped. The delivery window quoted at the time of order was on the first two orders was 3 days. The delivery window on the third order was 2 days when paying for expedited shipping. If you plan your work and expect the parts to arrive when promised do not order from this company.

Incompatible parts listed and misleading pictures
They have a decent selection but often list incompatible parts or completely misrepresented pictures. I spent twice the cost on a part through PartsAvatar as compared to RockAuto and only received half of the "Assembly" I expected to get, which was supposed to be 2 pieces. They outsource delivery and instead of using major carriers, they use contracted staff like Amazon does. My order came delivered at 8am by a man in a van. First and last order through them for me. Back to RockAuto.

The company itself is great
The company itself is great, been using them since 2019. Customer services is on point and helpful. Ease of transactions and finding the precise parts I need are great. This past year their choice of couriers has been subpar; missing delivery times, poor communication, and aesthetic damage to shipment boxes. Not specifically PartsAvatars' responsibility, but they do have a choice in the couriers they choose.

Had a good experience with my order…
Had a good experience with my order from Parts Avatar. I would have given a 5 star rating but my brake rotors came at two different times despite ordering at the same time. I had to check myself on their website why one set was not picked. After chatting with an agent there was still confusion that the order for the front rotors was done when in fact it was the rear ones that had been picked. The order numbers are quite different so unclear why the confusion. Other than that the company website is easy to navigate and ordering was seamless. Would definitely recommend Parts Avatar to anyone wanting OEM car parts for a competitive price. Plus they’re Canadian!
