Easy to pick the correct part, no guessing needed. Good value and turnaround time with shipping and I believe there is pickup option as well. Prices seem good, I did not compare much I just liked the lack of guesswork needed.

Bought part and thought it would be…
Bought part and thought it would be shipped soon. Order took long time to be sent. Went on line and chatted with agent. Said it would be sent soon, it wasn't. Part went on sale, chatted with agent if I could get sale price. I still hadn't received part yet. They said no, couldn't get sale price after I purchased item. Was a loyal customer and still no help. Not happywith Parts Avatar.

Happy to be buying Canadian now
My order came in as expected, no issues and the parts appear to be good quality. The GM genuine pigtail bag was ripped open but looks to be fine, we will see when I install it.
My only complaint is the first order I made was cancelled because apparently my credit card cancelled it? I wasn't emailed that the order had been cancelled and it didn't know until I looked up the status on my account several days after it was supposed to have arrived. I've received multiple emails about sales and asking for this review but nothing about the cancelled order. Frustrating because I never dealt with this with other suppliers I was using before, but not the end of the world and I plan to continue buying from parts avatar as I do not want to spend any money in the US anymore.
