He was so friendly and available to answer any questions we had. This is our first mortgage and Scott took time to explain processes to us and to advise on best current deals! He was very personable. Our case was handed to Ashlee after the mortgage application and Ashlee contacted us to introduce herself and to furthermore explain what we should expect.
