We were looked after by Danielle and she did a great job with everything from start to finish. Really good service with everything and very informative. Explained everything to us and made it easy.

I want to extend my heartfelt gratitude to Julia Vernon, Heather Dady, and David Smithson at Partridge for helping us secure our mortgage. Julia truly exceeded our expectations. We received regular updates every few days, which significantly eased our minds, especially after a less-than-satisfactory experience with a prior mortgage provider.

Julia displayed remarkable professionalism, complete transparency, and a genuine dedication to ensuring the entire process was seamless. She consistently went above and beyond to keep us comfortable, informed, and satisfied throughout every step.

I wholeheartedly recommend Partridge, especially Julia, to anyone seeking mortgage assistance—an exceptional experience from beginning to end.

Danielle has been brilliant so far, offering reassurance and honest advice.

A massive shout-out to Julia Vernon and David Smithson at Partridge, who went above and beyond to secure us a mortgage. Her communication was spot-on from start to finish; we were updated every 2–3 days without fail, which gave us real peace of mind, especially after being let down by another mortgage company.

Julia was incredibly professional, transparent at every step, and genuinely committed to making the whole process as smooth as possible. She truly went the extra mile to make sure we were happy and fully informed throughout.

I’d definitely recommend Partridge, and especially Julia, to anyone applying for a mortgage. Outstanding service all the way.

Helen and Julia have both been amazing during our application to the mortgage and after.
From taking time thoroughly answering every question we had, to advising what would be the best deal for our situation.
We’ve tried to work with 2 others brokers before them, but Helen exceeded our expectations. She found us a good deal in a day, on the next week we already had our offer. Thank you so much.

Scott was amazing from start to end!

Danielle has been amazing! We were immediately put at ease from first contact. Danielle explained everything leading up to our appointment. Moving forward to the appointment itself, Danielle made what could have been a somewhat arduous task more than easy! Again, everything was explained clearly and in such a way that made the appointment enjoyable. Cannot recommend Partridge and Danielle more, just brilliant!!
