Do not use this company. Absolute scammers. It felt so unsafe leaving my car here with cars parked bumper to bumper at the side of the roads on an industrial estate.
There was no mini bus for transfer to the airport so the so called owner took us in his clapped out car.
On arrival back home there was nobody available to collect us so had to pay £25 taxi back to the industrial estate.
I’ve emailed them with no reply. Just grateful my car was in one piece when we collected it.
These scammers shouldn’t be allowed to operate .

Scammers no security parking what so ever , they park your car on the side of the road , no mini bus there every was shouting we are going to miss our flights , we managed to get in with the Fantastic APH Why I didn’t book with them I don’t know . This was last Friday please please don’t be scammed and park here , you are throwing good money away

Booked because they were cheap. Big mistake. On an industrial with cars littered on the streets. I rang on my return (for which I had paid £12.40) and was told that the van wasn't working and I should get a taxi, which they would reimburse me. Still waiting for that!

Edit: I have reported this company to Trading standards and Citizens Advice and they have set up a file on this company. I presume that they have also been reading the Trust Pilot reviews and have contacted the local police. PLEASE, if you have had a negative experience with this company, such as paying for a service that you didn't receive or had your car damaged, REPORT IT TO TRADING STANDARDS and talk to the Citizens Advice. This will help stop this disgraceful company abusing customers sooner. Thanks guys.

Please please please do NOT use this car park. On arrival we were asked by a passerby if we were really parking at this disastrous car park, my reply is it that bad?? Yes he said very very bad.
We eventually spoke with someone to be shown 20 minutes later to a mini bus, the trims around the doors were falling off and the seats were filthy. The car park was extremely cramped with cars and I was anxious to return to my car.

Returning back now where do I even start … once landed I called for an hour and their phone was off!! I left several voice messages! I eventually had to find my own way there and what I was met with was by far the worst run business known to man! Many customers in the office with no staff all wading through the mountain of keys in the office, all of which are just in sandwich bags with a piece of paper with the reg within the bag. Anyone had access to every key of the customer’s who had left their car there at that time. Keys were in bags, on the floor, on the side, in cupboards. There was absolutely no order and I took me 25 minutes to eventually find my key which was in the sink with a load more others. Eventually had my car back and it had a crack in the bumper. No one is responding to my emails or calls. Avoid at all cost. This is not a professional business in any way shape or form.

I recently had an awful experience with Parking World that I feel compelled to share. Upon arriving at the parking facility, we were greeted by a rather rundown car dealership selling very old cars. At first, we thought we had the wrong address, as there was no visible safe or secure space to park our car amidst this clutter.

Walking into the office was a shock. The place was untidy and appeared to be in squalor, with a strong, unpleasant odor that made us feel uneasy. The cracked office window added to the sense of neglect, and the overwhelming smell of nicotine was so strong it nearly knocked us back.

We were instructed to call 30 minutes prior to our arrival, we followed these instructions, attempting to reach them seven times. Each time, we were met with silence, as the calls went directly to voicemail. To make matters worse, we were informed that due to their broken-down minibus, we would have to get an Uber to the airport at our expense.

Upon returning from our holiday, we again tried to contact Parking World to collect us and take us back to our car. However, we faced the same issue, with no answer after many attempts. Once more, we had to secure an Uber, incurring additional costs.

Overall, our experience was far from reassuring or convenient. I would strongly recommend seeking alternative parking options for your airport travels!

The whole process wasn't great.
Not professional, no organisation at all, transfer minibus was not road safe, no seat belts and seats not secure.
On arriving 28th June, no organisation and your key was put in a plastic wallet with your return date, that didn't give me great hope for our return. The minibus I don't think would of passed an MOT, no seat belt on my seat.
On return, 6th July, I rang and they eventually answered, a transfer would be 1 hour, after the hour I rang a total of 50 times, no answer just straight through to voicemail. We decided to get a taxi, thinking I wouldn't see my car again. When we got to the office, many people arriving with the same problem. They did get my car and I went home nearly 4 hours later.

Yes, I got my car back but the stress of not knowing.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS
No-one came to pick us up on our return. Unsafe transportation on drop-off.

Terrible service, got taken to the airport in a very run down minibus without seat belts which is illegal, then on our return we were left for 3 hours at the airport after ringing them 25 times with no response whatsoever leaving us worried that we would ever get back to our car 😢
Never use these again and I definitely wouldn't recommend them to anyone

Please Avoid - experienced the exact same as the rest of the reviews on here. Put simply it’s a scam and our car had damage when it was returned.

We started off not bieng able to find the office, which isn't signposted or advertised, just a door to a buiding in a cars for sale lot.... we called 30 min before arrival as requested... the first call they hung up, then didnt answer any subsequent calls....when we got there 4 hours before flight time I was greeted by the words... "we can't take your car, you will have to park elsewhere and claim a refund, this place is going bust"..... great start, but little i could do then to secure ither parking.... eventually I was told a taxi would take us to the airport, but it left me with a feeling of "will my car be there when I get back".. luckily I read the small print so had my £12 ready, for the barrier fee...

On return I messaged from Gran Canaria to say of an hours delay, and gave them a new arrival time and asked if they could confirm they had the message.. nada.. oh well.... we got back to the UK and I called and to my suprise someone answered.... they said transport in less than 30 min.... after 50 min I rung back and they said another 5 or 6 min..... a mini bus arrived and we got in, with another couple and a family, who had similar issue on their drop off day..... we travelled to the office in a mini bus with loose seats, I would have thought would have failed an MOT.... the driver had his window down fully on the motorway, not great at 4.00am after a week in a hot country, till i asked him to close it.

On arrival at the parking office they said they couldn't find my car as it had been misplaced in a carpark.... then after 10 min, I was told it had been located and then two guys went for it..... I got it back after another 15 min.

We asked to use their facilities before our trip home.. . Have booked in the doctors for some shots..... disgusting....

I tried not to worry about the car over the holiday, but it's not that easy knowing if it was going to be accessible or even there on return.... in the end it was... hence 1 star for that.

I should have checked reviews first, I didn't, my bad..... if your reading this after a bad experience with them then your too late...

If you could give 0 stars you would! Awful experience. It’s a car garage in an industrial estate, so no idea where they park your actual car. Had to pay “extra” for transfer, that I can honestly say is one of the most unsafe transfers I have ever seen, the driver is a disgrace, drove like a maniac with kids in the van… no consideration for safety. Returned to airport at 2:30am from holiday, and they didn’t answer any calls for 45minutes, when we did get through was told to take a taxi (at a cost of £22)… still waiting on being reimbursed for this. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!!

Firstly, the car park was extremely difficult to locate. It was unmarked, situated on a street full of bumper-to-bumper parked cars, and the premises itself were littered with damaged vehicles, making us feel unsafe from the outset.

We were also unexpectedly charged an additional £20 simply to retain our car keys – a service we were not informed would incur extra charges. The office was dirty, the staff were unprofessional and dismissive, and we were denied access to basic amenities such as a working bathroom. When we tried to pay the additional £20, we were told the card machine was broken and had to complete a bank transfer, which was extremely inconvenient and unprofessional.

In addition, we were charged £12.40 for barrier fees at the airport (each way). However, the minibus was full, meaning all passengers were charged this fee despite the vehicle passing through the barrier only once – this feels highly exploitative. The minibus itself was filthy, with damaged seatbelts, making us feel unsafe.

Upon our return, we contacted the office as instructed, only to be told the minibus had broken down and that we needed to arrange and pay for our own taxi back to the car park. We incurred an additional £25 taxi fare and were told to request reimbursement via email. Furthermore, we should not have been charged the return barrier fee, as no pickup was provided.

In summary, this experience was highly stressful and far from the service advertised. As two women traveling alone, we felt unsafe and vulnerable at the car park. The poor conditions, unprofessional staff, unexpected charges, and lack of reliable transportation all contributed to an extremely negative experience.

We used this company around a month or so ago. I left a review on the website we booked it through but it seems it has vanished, conveniently.

Not sure where to start with it all. We had to call about 30 minutes before we got there and the professionalism was non-existent. We arrived and couldn’t find where we were meant to be. After about 20 minutes, we were told to park up on the side of the road.

We were then taken in a minibus up to the “office”, which had a huge crack on the window. We were then told we needed to pay £12 for the transfer. There was another couple who didn’t have the cash, and after being told they couldn’t accept bank transfer, were handed a piece of cardboard with bank details on.

We then got to the airport extremely late due to how long this process took. We spent the whole holiday worrying about the car.

We got back and waited around an hour to be picked up. We got told to go to the nearest hotel for pick up.

We got the car back, but the highlight of using any service like this shouldn’t be “we got the car back”. Upon getting in the car, they had clearly rummaged through the belongings as there was dog bags and other rubbish all over the front seats. The car’s menu also landed on “settings” which we found very confusing, as it appears a lot had been changed.

For the next week we had warning lights going off on our car, couldn’t figure out why.

We have just, as of last week, found out the spare tyre has gone missing. We can’t pinpoint when this was taken, but the car hasn’t been serviced for a year.

Do not use. Don’t do it to yourselves.

Avoid using this company.

On arrival the parking facility looked like a scrap yard. I had to constantly check my Ford App whilst on holiday as I felt nervous leaving my car here.

Also, when dropping the car off, we were advised of extra charges for drop off airport and transfer fees.

The minibus had seatbelts missing.

On our return we were advised both minibuses where in for repair so we had to arrange our own taxi from the airport and where advised Parking World would pay for the taxi. However, they then said they would only reimburse the transfer fee and this would be transferred to my account. 2 emails later and I am still waiting for the refund.

I would recommend anyone to pay that little extra for a decent service and peace of mind.

Awful experience as other recent reviews state. Left car there 18th - 30th June 2025. Exact same scenario with broken van which was evidently unroadworthy and driven irratically on the way to the airport. Rang on return to Manchester Airport to be told their van was broken so needed to get a taxi. Paid £18 and had already paid the £6.50. Was told to email for the refund. Then had a nightmare returning home from the airport as my car wouldn't go into gear and the clutch kept sticking. The car was fine the week before and I feel that it had been tampered with.

Would be a 0 if possible! This is a horrific company and a complete SCAM!!

The parking is a yard in the middle of an industrial estate - usually I would have no issue with this except it is impossible to find and the 'address' takes you to a building round the corner, this should have been my first red flag.

You have to call when you are 30 mins away - this is apparently to get ready your car parking spot for when you arrive - a young, pleasant boy turned up and the arrival was prompt - this was the only part of the experience i had no issue with.

Upon arrival customers are expected to enter the 'office' - this place is a health hazard and is absolutely disgusting. Prisons look better than this facility. You then need to pay another £12.80 this if for the in and out into the airport car park - it is irrelevant how many other people are in the 'van' you all pay this amount which to me is an absolute scam.

The Van you leave in is old, disgusting, smelly and extremely dirty. I didnt have a working seatbelt - again this should have been another red flag for me.. We were dropped at terminal 3 which was fine.

When you return back to Manchester Airport - I called to be told that the van had broken down - that I would now need to pay for a taxi and I would be reimbursed - it was 23 GBP for a black hack (I am not familure, with the area hence the black cab - not a great deal of fun after a flight - if you are using this service make sure you have UBER

Arriving at the garage - my car parked up outside which was fine. I went inside to get my keys and to show the receipt for my taxi, I was told to email as this is 'what all customers need to do' - I dont understand why I NEED to provide bank transfer or cash for the 12£ odd for the pickup and drop off but the same cannot be done when they have a 'broken down van'

I have sent several emails in relation to the refund and as expected, no reply! I will be requesting a refund from the bank for this as it is a complete SCAM - they obviously do this to people all the time given the number of reviews.

What a ABSOLUTE JOKE of a company! Where do I start with this review!?

The 'car park' is actually a car sales yard within a industrial estate - burned out cars are at the bottom of the car yard - just so you can imagine what type of car garage this is.
You have to call - when you are 30 mins away - this is apparently to get ready your car parking spot for when you arrive - it almost seems like a teenager who has had a party and needs their parents to let them know the ETA so they can make sure they are all cleaned up!

Anyway you call and call and call and call and there is no answer - which really isn't great as you drive there and there is no response!

Ah but the fun really begins when you return back to Manchester Airport - I text first to say we had landed - no response - then I called - to be told that the van had broken down - that I would now need to pay for a uber - which was just under £15 to get back to the garage - not a great deal of fun after a flight - so if you are using this garage make sure you have the uber app downloaded and set up.

Arriving at the garage - my car parked up outside the door - upon further inspection the front driver side tyre was flat! When I questioned what had happened I was told that nobody noticed - and upon further checking there was a large screw in the tyre - I was then told ' the company does not cover tyres!' looking around at more cars for sale, another burned out car I didn't think that they covered much!

Anyway - after I asked how I was now expected to get home - the tyre was pumped up - and myself and my daughter left - my daughter also commented she thought the owner was a 'bag head' as his jaw swung into the middle of next week and he seemed 'off his face!'

Still waiting for the money £6.20 to be returned to me - and the cost of the uber refunded! Along with the £10 for my tyre puncture repair!

This turned into the most expensive car parking that I have used at Manchester Airport - completely unorganised and the state of the place has you heading off on my travels feeling a deep sense of dread, that I had made a massive mistake by choosing this company as a ‘safe’ place to leave my car.

This is the biggest laugh that the company describes its ‘service’ as premium! I highly advise anyone thinking of using this company to avoid at all costs! Parking World Limited and likely will change its name - the postcode M22 4RW - Unit 2a!

Awful service like all the other reviews no return transfer resulted in £16.60 taxi fare car was not where l left it l am now home and realised my log book and v5 missing from car l feel robbed! Other people were also at the parking unit paid for taxis

NOT AS ADVERTISED AT ALL.
Poor signage it was difficult to find the actual place which turned out to be a used car lot it seems. Not even sure my car was parked in the 'secure' facility as it was seen being driven down the street.
Despite noting we were en route 30 minutes before arriving there was no pick up transfer waiting and when we did arrive we wondered why another couple were hiring a taxi. 20 minutes waiting and we were also hiring a taxi as there was no shuttle until we had booked the taxi and were getting into it.
It is NOT an individual transfer despite them asking for £6 barrier fees per customer who all get lumped into a mini bus which pays only one £6 fee so they are making money out of everyone under false pretences.
The return was even worse 1.5 hours waiting a dozen calls asking where they were being told they are always on the way (it is at most a 15 minute drive!!), being told we are the only pickup (which we were to find out was a lie) then the drivers debit card failed at the barrier and we had to wait 10 minutes there before they office paid online.
THEN they detour despit us being the only pick up to pick up another customer who had also been waiting 1.5 housrs at Terminal 1. AGAIN the barrier did not rise as the card still did not work so the other customer who was in a hurry paid for it to be raised.
NO APOLOGIES, NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL SHOP AROUND PAY THAT LITTLE EXTRA IT IS WORTH IT

Rather unnerving place with lots of cars parked on The industrial estate Road which concerned me that mine would be. The vehicle that takes and collects to the airport I feel is dangerous as the seats don’t seem very well fixed for the floor. The worst part was on return to Manchester it took an hour to collect us then the driver started messaging his friends on WhatsApp before driving halfway back to the car park and then turning around to go and collect more people from the airport despite it being 1 o’clock in the morning and having waited an hour. Despite the price it is not worth a hassle.

I used this car park while travelling from Manchester Airport between the 12th and 19th, and the entire experience was unprofessional and chaotic.

The drop-off was slightly more tolerable, only because it was 5am and quiet. However, even then, the staff were rude and disorganised. I was asked for the £12 airport access fee in a very abrupt and dismissive way, while the two staff members openly argued about using my cash to put petrol in their van. There was no sense of urgency or courtesy, despite the fact that I was waiting to be taken to the airport.

The pick-up was far worse. My car was not even on the premises where I had left it, it had been moved and parked somewhere on the surrounding streets in the industrial estate. I had to wait an unreasonably long time for them to bring it back. This is not what I paid for. I expected secure parking, not for my car to be left unattended and exposed on public roads.

The shuttle van was in terrible condition. The seat belts were damaged, which raises serious safety concerns, and the windows didn’t work. On a hot afternoon around 12:30pm, the van was packed with people, there was no air conditioning, and the driver drove with his window open while the rest of us sat in stifling heat in the back.

When we finally arrived at the car park, it was complete chaos. Cars were trying to enter and couldn’t, others were trying to leave, and people like me were waiting around for their vehicles to be returned from who-knows-where. The whole operation felt unsafe, unregulated, and completely unprofessional.

This business should not be allowed to operate under these conditions. I would never use them again and strongly advise others to stay away.
