If I could give no stars I would ! I beg that no one uses this bogus scam so called company. On 17th May I arrived via Satnav to the post code. You are in a power station with lots of roads that dont direct you to the car park as there are no signs. After making several
Calls on the numbers given on the web were they all went to Voicemail. I decided to try one with a barrier and a woman security guard said I was at right place but needed to wait for someone to turn up. I’d already been over an hour over the allotted time. Eventually a guy turned up with excuse after excuse in a beaten down van but I just thought let’s get to airport. He told me to ring once I returned today and he would come pick me up. I rang more than six times and it kept going to voicemail. I rang other number and guy said he would contact driver. I asked him to call me back with info. He never did and I rang over 6 times and each time it went to voicemail. After 2 hours of this I rang for an Uber to take me to car park 12 miles away at cost of over £26. I once again bumped into lady security guard at the car park and asked for her to let me get my car. She was adamant she didn’t work for car park firm and that they rent the space and said not to let anyone in if they are not there. I told her to ring police as I was getting my car. I then tried the company one last time and guy answered like nothing was wrong without any apology to me or how I would get reimbursed for the Uber cost and he spoke in their language and I heard her say “a poor service”! She then said he had given permission for me to get the car. It seems once they have your money they don’t care. After returning I looked on reviews here and I’m not the first this has happened to and I wont be the last unless people read my complaint here and don’t give the scammers the business. As for the positive reviews. I doubt that most are true reviews as some have used similar names and said the same type of things to make it look like it’s a good company. I would like to add I am a 68 year old disabled pensioner and booked this for an easier and headache free trip. Book this at your peril. X

Terrible experience from start to finish.

Booked to arrive at 1pm but knew I had up to 4 hours to arrive before paying additional fees, received 3 calls between 1pm and 2:30pm asking where I am and should have been there at 1pm, I do agree in a way but website and confirmation stayed up to 4 hours before fee.

Got there around 2:45pm and was informed I was being charged £10 late fee, shrugged this off and paid it.

They then asked for the £6.50 airport fee, for both ways, cash or bank transfer to their personal bank (I don’t know why), which I knew about, but I expected being dropped off at the terminal, not as close as they could get before they had to pay.

The on my return, I was informed to call the driver when I land, that I did, he said he was 12 mins from the airport, by the time I got through security and baggage I was still waiting outside for 25 minutes, with multiple calls from the driver asking me to walk to a location where he, again, wouldn’t have to pay, eventually he had to pay because I couldn’t find his location.

The van used for the transfer looks like a rust bucket and I’m surprised it passed an MOT.

The car park itself is unmanned and unsecured, there is a security barrier but it was just let up for anything and anyone with no checks.

If you’re picking this car park to save 20/30 quid, don’t bother, pay the little bit extra and park with piece of mind, there is a reason it’s so cheap.

Location isn’t ideal, 20 mins from the airport. Staff rude and inpatient, service terrible with extra charges.

I Travel regularly to Manchester Airport & using a good car park.staff are friendly.fast drop offs to and from Airport at reasonable price.just 10 minutes away from Airport

Really good experience with Parking World Ltd. Everything was straightforward from booking to drop-off. They guided me properly on where to go, and the whole process was smooth.

The parking felt secure, and I didn’t have to worry about my car at all while I was away. On return, everything was quick and hassle-free, which honestly makes a big difference after a long trip.

Customer service was also very helpful and responsive whenever I had a question.

Overall, reliable service at a fair price. I’d definitely use them again.

Parked with parking world for 2 weeks. Start to finish it was a smooth experience. Didn't face any issues. Was the cheapest around so took a risk considering reviews but I don't see the fuss.
