Now that's what I call after care!
Years after buying two Parker Knoll reclining chairs (and sofa and upright armchair) they were all in good nick until one of the recliners suffered a broken release latch. Years out of guarantee, so I wrote to ask where I could buy a replacement.. and days later a free replacment arrived, with the name of a company who could help me fit it. Turned out it wasn't too difficult to fit myself, with the help of an online video, screwdriver, pliers, piece of string and another pair of hands. Now looking forward to ma nh more years lounging about. Thank you

With regards to the creasing, this does occur within the first few months as the interiors settle and flex. However, this should not be excessive. If this remains a concern, please contact the retailer who will look into it further and contact us if they need any assistance.

Delighted with new Burghley sofa and armchairs
We are delighted with our new Burghley sofa and armchairs in Sage latitude fabric, complete with armcaps. One armchair has the integral footrest in it, and that is very comfortable and easy to use; the controls are underneath the right arm of the chair, so are not immediately visible but are easy to access. Very plump cushions. And the length of the seats is good for me as I am not very tall (5’ 3”), so my feet are not dangling in mid air when I sit down.

17 years ago I bought a Froxfield chair…
17 years ago I bought a Froxfield chair which has been brilliant and so comfortable.I wanted a new sofa so did not hesitate to purchase a two seater Froxfield which I am very pleased with.

DISAPPOINTED
I bought a Parker Knolls manual recliner armchair from an Irish business and it was delivered approximately 4 weeks ago. Immediately I noticed that there were problems with the reclining mechanism. I decided to give it a week or so to right itself. When it didn't, I contacted Customer Service at the business I purchased it at and informed them of the problems. I received a phone call from the Manager of the business on Monday, August 25 to say that she had emailed Parker Knolls and as well as providing a photograph of the chair, outlined to them the problems I was having. I am writing this review on Tuesday evening, September 2nd and still, six and a half working days later, I have not been contacted by Parker Knolls. This is unacceptable customer service. How long does it take to make a phone call or send an email to at least acknowledge the problems I am having. The main reason I went for Parker Knolls in the first place was because of the reputation they were supposed to have.

Your initial complaint was received via your retailer, and as our agreement and line of communication are with them, we work through them rather than contacting customers directly. After receiving your complaint, we did request some further information to ensure we could assist appropriately. We’re pleased to confirm that as of yesterday, a technician has been appointed, and the technician will be in touch with you directly in the coming days to confirm a visit and resolve the issue.
