Unfortunately we had a slight issue with one of the sofas, Parker knoll arranged for it to be put right very promptly.
I always think a good company can be judged by how well it deals with issues, well done. This is our second Parker knoll suite for the very reason that quality is high compared with a lot of other manufacturers.

Caledonian Stone showed "Shading" within a month of delivery.
The fabric that we chose (Caledonian Stone) was not marked as being susceptible to shading in the sample book. However it showed shading within a month of of purchase.
We are extremely disappointed.

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that you are disappointed with the Caledonian fabric. It remains a very popular part of our range. Fabrics with a raised pile will reflect the light differently as the pile flattens. The use of a soft brush will help restore the pile. If you discuss with your retailer, they may be able to arrange a technician inspection which would hopefully be able to reassure you regarding the characteristics and maintenance for the fabric and furniture.

Excellent all round
I purchased a Bodella sofa supplied by PK via John Lewis and have to say the service from both has been exemplary.
The sofa manufacture was completed slightly ahead of the stated time frame and the messaging for delivery etc was timely.
The sofa itself has fully met our expectations being one of very few good quality smaller options available.
It appears to be very robustly made and provides great support for my 5’4” height ie: I can sit with my feet on the floor in a nice upright position. Should I wish to recline, the smooth operating recline function provides numerous positions, all of which are comfortable. The fabric I chose appears hardwearing and is an attractive herringbone design. Unlike sofas from other manufacturers, there are no unsightly baggy areas where fabric has to fold.
The seat and back cushions are firmer than I am used to and I realise these will soften with use - but I’m not heavy so I’m hoping this firm feel will last a while!
In summary, a great sofa with which I am very pleased and hope to enjoy for many years to come.

Robert Green came and fixed our legs on sofa and while he was here he noticed that the cushions wasn't great and out of the blue got a phone saying as a good gesture of will he will come back to replace our cushions which he did really top bloke he's a bonus to Parker knoll take care Rob nice to see you again

Wonderful customer service
We’ve had problems with the supplier in providing us with swatches for our new Burghley order. I called Parker Knoll directly and spoke with a young gentleman called Robbie. He went the extra mile! Going out of his way to help us and sent some fabric within 3 days. I had to go back to him for more help and he was just as enthusiastic. So nice to know he’s there to help and obviously gets joy out of helping customers. Such a refreshing change. Thank you Robbie I hope your company appreciate you as much as I do!

No Quibbles, efficient friendly service

Excellent customer service when store let us down
My grandparents had an issue with some Parker Knoll chairs they're bought. After having been fobbed off several times by the store, I contacted Parker Knoll directly. I didn't have much hope as, between one thing and another, quite some time had passed since my grandparents had bought the chairs. However, the level of service we received was truly outstanding. Alison Hill, the customer care representative, was so lovely to deal with and organised for a technician to be sent out. My grandparents were thrilled with him as he listened to their concerns and fixed the problem.

Puddling of cushions
This is a follow up to my review of 21st Nov 25, it is now 4 months since I took delivery of my Chicago Suite in fabric. I have had since day one puddling (creasing) of the material on the cushions. Parker Knoll have sent 2 technicians to look at this fault who have advised that this issue is classed as normal.! Have to do a daily workout to flatten out the creases (my wife and i are both nearly 70 and find the physical effort required quite hard to do daily). The store we purchased this 5k suite from also agree that they would not expect from the photo's we have supplied them, to see the suite in this condition, they have contacted Parker Knoll about this., but they have refused to do anything to try to rectify.

Great customer service
We had a couple of springs go on the settee we bought seven years ago. Steve the PK service technician come out and did a fabulous job. His attention to detail was amazing, left everywhere clean and tidy and even restored our cushions to a new condition. Thoroughly recommend.

Parker knoll sofa cushions sagging
Purchased 2 x Parker Knoll ‘Manhatem’ sofa’s in February 2025 of which looked lovely in our lounge. Unfortunately after only 2 months of minimum use in the evenings by only 2 people on one sofa the seating cushions sagged considerably and the fabric covering creased terribly. We sent photos to our supplier who in turn passed them onto Parker Knoll along with our disappointment.
In May , Parker Knoll sent out a technician who inserted new inners. Having minimum seating use we again in earlyJan 2026 have had to contact them again with the same problem.
Parker Knoll have sent out a Technician - Robert Green who was a very concerned and caring person who listened to our concerns, inspected the problem and offered to replace the required seating inner materials to bring them up to the standard level. This we agreed to and confirm Robert had done a good job, a BIG Thankyou to Robert , just hope the fabric creases disappear

I have had my Parker knoll grand sofa…
I have had my Parker knoll grand sofa 12 months, disappointed that the cushions became very shabby after a very short time of having it . The cushions became very flat even though it isn’t overused . However a lovely gentleman came out to rectify the problem with two replacement cushions , Robert green couldn’t have done enough, very professional and wonderful at his job . Unfortunately 4 months later the same has happened again , really dissatisfied with the quality of the filling . Ive had another two cushions replaced hopefully these will stay in shape. When you pay such alot of money for a sofa you expect the quality especially a Parker knoll, I do hope I won’t be having to replace them in the future, maybe Parker knoll should consider having better quality stuffing for the cushions .
