Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. We bought 3 sofas 10 years ago but wanted the alternative feet (without castors) as felt these would indent the carpet less. To our surprise these were supplied foc without question and very promptly. New feet now fitted and very pleased with the result. We highly recommend Parker Knoll furniture, great quality and UK made.

High Quality Comfortable Sinatra Wing Chair
Stylish …of high quality and a very comfortable classic wing chair. Delivered well within estimated timeframe. Quite expensive. I may well purchase the same chair on a different fabric merely for a change!

Recliner grinding noise fixed quickly
Our Manhattan recliner developed a grinding noise around the headrest area, shortly after a couple of weeks' use. Robert quickly diagnosed and corrected a loose hinge bolt, taking the time to explain the issue. Great after sales service.

Robert was very Polite and friendly Gentleman he was able to fix the issue with our Recliner, by replacing the switmch buttons on the side, and checking everthing over. Robert was excellent workman 10/10 thank you Parker knoll

Electric recliner chair repair switches.
We had a problem with our chair reclining. We called Parker knoll service department they were marvellous. Got back to us gave us a date for the repair man to come to repair chair, He came earlier than expected very professional solve, the problem chair electrics put replacement switches, put everything to how it should look on the chair perfectly

Not Happy!!
Having been everywhere looking for a new comfortable sofa, I eventually chose a Manhattan Large 2 seater with CWren fabric.Whilst I have no quarrel with the design and it does look beautiful, be aware that this particular fabric wrinkles if you look at it and is uncomfortable to sit on after about 1\2 an hour, as it ruckles up underneath your body, I have been advised by the very nice technician who came to view the sofa that I should smooth it out before I sit on it. I suppose I will have to accept that and put up with it. But I am not happy as these sofas are not cheap.

Not fitted together properly
The electric recliner sofa was delivered on time however, the delivery team did not put it together correctly. It felt unstable and was noisy and creaky was sitting down or moving about. Both sides of the sofa had not been screwed together properly. Downtown sent someone to check who confirmed this. I then had to wait another month for a furniture repairer to come and tighten the fixings. It still creaks and the cushions on the reclining sides sink. Disappointed in the quality and the fitting team.

Problem with electric recliner
Problem with electric recliner. Reported to shop who contacted pk and they sent technician 2days later. Robert Green came and fixed it within an hour. Very thorough and a great job. Very happy with the service.

Manhattan sofa alignment
We have a Manhattan sofa and it was slightly misaligned after delivery and installation. We contacted PK via Arighi Bianchi and they arranged for Rob Green of Parker Knoll to come out and fix it. Rob did a great job, very nice and professional, he adjusted the seats and the connection plates. Now the sofa is perfect. Thanks Rob.

Our Parker Knoll sofa recently developed a slight squeak at one end, it’s 8 years old and in otherwise perfect condition. After contacting Lee Longlands who sold us the sofa (who were great), they liaised with Parker Knoll who scheduled one of their craftsman (Steve) who came to our home and fixed the issue. I have to commend Steve on a totally brilliant job, arrived promptly, clearly a highly knowledgeable craftsman and fixed our sofa which is now as good as new, thanks to all involved, I would highly recommend Parker Knoll.

Great sales staff, disappointing delivery.
Great sales staff, very informative. Really pleased with the sofa and chairs. The only disappointment was delivery. They delivered as planned however we have oak floors which have been looked after for the last 13 years. We discovered recently they are now covered in scratches. This did not show immediately due to the dark days. We noticed in retrospect how “rough” both staff were when removing and dragging the cardboard protection. We also both commented prior to the delivery how very careful the Communuty Store staff were when they collected the old suite from us. We know it wasn’t them as my husband swept and washed the floor prior to the arrival of the new sofa and chairs.

Brilliant service, silence resumed!
We really like Parker Knoll furniture but our sofa had developed a squeak. Their service technician Steve arrived on time, with loads of tools, soon diagnosed the problem and fixed it, all within an hour, fantastic knowledge and sofa now perfect, no squeaks!!

Parker knoll excellent, retailer not so.
The bad experience was not down to parker knoll it was the retailer. We ordered and paid for a brand new suite but actually received the one from their showroom. After raising the issue with the retailer they agreed to supply a brand new suite from Parker Knoll as they should have done in the first place. We have now received the new suite and my wife and I are highly delighted thank you.

Disappointed
Disappointed that the cloth covering is cut skimpy at back edges. Both half’s of the sofas do not aline gap between the seats there is nothing to stop phone/tv remote falling through. However on raising the foot rest both side collide! Despite furniture village selling us the “easy gilders” the furniture isn’t easy to move.

Excellent experience
Excellent experience. Following moving house lost a screw to one of the sofas wheels meaning much weight the wheel would come off and the pin dig in the floor. Upon contacting Parker Knoll and liaising with Alison resolved the issue and new legs den. Quick, pain free service and would highly recommend

Spent a considerable sum on two…
Spent a considerable sum on two recliners and a sofa from our local Parker Knoll stockist less than 2 years ago, so far both recliners have failed 3 times and when they have failed they’ve failed in the full back position meaning the room is kind of blocked. Have raised the issue with store and tbh whilst they’ve organised a fix the repairs have not lasted , we are now on our third set of switches and both motors are very very slow. Having spent £7000 on these I now regret ever buying them. Over priced and of poor quality , the switches have to come from china and are out of stock. As retirees we saved to buy what we thought was good quality furniture, sadly it ain’t. Wouldn’t consider this make again.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience and we are sorry that you have encountered issues with the recliners. Your retailer had advised us of the concern and an experienced technician has been appointed. In order to minimise the inconvenience for you and also to ensure that the root cause of the issue can be addressed, replacement parts are being supplied before the visit. With regard to component sourcing, just for context, it is due to the significant reduction in specialist manufacturing within the UK, we, like all other UK and European sofa manufacturers, must source components globally. Fabric is sourced from across Europe, timber from Eastern Europe, metal mechanisms from the USA and China, and electrical components from the USA, Europe and China. This is an industry-wide reality rather than a practice unique to us. Whilst this can create some supply chain delays, it is not the case in this instance.
We would also advise that we are one of the very few UK upholstery manufacturers who test our products to full contract level standards, rather than solely to general domestic standards. This more rigorous testing regime is specifically designed to give us confidence in the durability and suitability of the materials and components we specify from our global suppliers.
Unfortunately, your experience has been very different from that we would expect and we apologise for the disappointment this must cause.
We anticipate that the technician will be in touch shortly to arrange an appointment to attend and assure you that we will liaise closely with your retailer to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Parker Knoll have been very obliging in trying to sort out my problem with my recliner chair.
