Great customer service
Had a great experience with customer service. Original parcel was delivered and left outside as I was not home, it was not there when I got home (potentially stolen). Parasol replaced and resent the product.

It was easy and quick to place an order which was responded to promptly and efficiently. Delivery was when they said it would be and in time for Christmas. They also sorted a mistake I had made unbelievably quickly. Service with a smile, I can’t praise them enough. Thankyou Parasol.

Time wasters
I ordered you took my money and didn’t have the stock. Pretty much failed the basics. You get 2 because the refund was at least processed relatively quickly but never shopping with you again

I’m always wary of buying from a company I’ve not used before online, but the reviews were good so I gave it a go. I was NOT disappointed! Not only did Parasol have the boots I wanted in the right size (couldn’t find them anywhere else), they were delivered in less than 24 hours! Highly recommend!
