I don’t even have my shirt yet.

DHL is pretty bad.

It’s coming up on two weeks.

Very fast return service. I also asked a product question (garment measurements) and it is not that fast.

Felt really cheated if I’m honest. Get an extra 10% in the archive sale so decide to take the plunge, only for that to take me below the free post amount so I then have to pay postage. Which takes up a good portion of the discount. Didn’t bother because of that as it seemed like a bit of a marketing gimmick

Pangaia's clothing is extremely well made and very comfortable. Super easy to wash, and they last years. I also love how they are environmentally conscious with their packaging. And, communicating with their customer service is very easy--they are very friendly!

Love the sweat set that I ordered (very comfortable and the color is beautiful). I had a small issue with the stitching on my track pants, and Pangaia sent me a new pair! Definitely seems like they care a lot about customer experience and want to make things right.

so firstly I want to start off by saying I ordered 5 items on Thursday before 3pm and paid £10 for next day delivery.When Friday rolls around no sign of my parcel and tracking doesn't show anything either. IS THIS SOME SORT OF JOKE!!!!! I then email customer service and they say it hasn't been dispatched yet. well I can see that so what did I pay an extra £10 for.
Anyways I received my parcel on Monday and the off white tracksuit had weird marks on in some places and due to delivery being to late ive gone ahead and returned the whole parcel, they only offer DHL returns which are very inconvenient and I asked if an separate return label can be used such as royal mail because they used to use them but this is no longer eligible for some weird reason and I suggest you bring it back as dhl shops are scarce. The quality of the tracksuits do feel nice and the design is nice but due to the other reasons I will take my business else where>

Really like the set i bought. Feels nice and looks incredible but the pants in particular has begun to shed its inner lining after first wash. It is quite alot and only seemingly in the left pant leg. Further more they shrunk alot as well, thinking that i mabye should have gone a size up.

Delivery is not OK. It is slow and complicated. Every time I have to make a description of the products and fill out a power of attorney for the courier company to release the goods from customs. This creates unnecessary tension, which prevents me from fully enjoying my new clothes.

Love the shapes, colours and fabrics of the track suits, my favourite loungewear ever. Good customer service.
