Really happy. Always nervous when ordering from a website I don't know but the ordering process was simple, the goods arrived in good time, were well packaged and overall I love them. I'd use again.

Make sure you post returns signed for. Luckily I did, so I have proof it was delivered. Plus buyer protection with PayPal.
I was made to feel I was in the wrong and they were doing me a favour by sending me a refund, when the error was entirely their end. Very stressful and disappointing.

Great communication, bad smell
Great communication, allowed me to change address at short notice.
Product as described and arrived quickly over Christmas period.
Only complaint is the item smelt musty and damp, smell has come out after one wash though.
