items were packaged very good. arrived 1 day after they shipped. (same state). if you go into this knowing it might be a month for painted parts,we want it all now in this pushbutton age. they probly cant get much done with the phone ringing all day. quit calling and slowing them down. for contacts,chat bot is no good,phone is hit or miss.the contact form is the way to go. so other than the wait time i give them an "A". if you order wrong its not their fault. no i didnt get paid for this. you just dont hear about the satisfied customers because they just go on with life,But if you have trouble,your more likely to post a bad reveiw. out of thousands of orders,yes there will be mess ups. it went great here. posting this in case you have worries. just be ready for car to be down a month.

So back on 5/01/25 and after going back and forth on who I would purchase two new fenders from I decided on this company. I did go through reviews for them along with other companies and due to their history of being in the auto body business for a substantial amount of time I thought they were my best option.

So the process of ordering and time line for receiving finished product was good however their packaging of products being shipped just plain out sucks! On my order both fenders came in damaged. I took pictures and notified them right away. I ended up keeping the drivers side even though it had some minor damage but the passenger side was damaged beyond repair. They did ship me a replacement but the packaging of the replacement was just as bad as my original shipment so I once again received another damaged fender. They package product like it being delivered locally in the back of a pickup truck! On numerous occasions in my dealing with them I questioned their packaging process but never got an answer from them. It’s like they just don’t care about someone paying for new parts but receiving damaged parts at best. Seems like a racket where they just wear you down so you take the crap they send you and it is obvious they never plan on improving their packaging to ensure you get what you paid for. Reason why they most likely would not answer my questions on the packaging process.

To me it seems like they sell you new but send you damaged as a result of the shipping and then they probably put in claims on your damaged parts and get reimbursed from the shipper. This allows them to make double the money on each sale! Given this why would they answer packaging questions and or provide better packaging.

On a positive note I would like to say they did refund me some money on the second damaged fender I received. This is the only reason why I gave them 2 stars.

Here is an actual part of a reply I sent to them:
“So I am not going to pursue another replacement fender from you. I will deal with the crap you sent me.

Pretty sad when a customer purchases new but receives damaged goods not once but twice. It’s obvious by your lack of transparency and inability to answer my questions on your packaging that we could keep doing this over and over and I would never receive product without damage. Don’t even understand why anyone would run a business like this especially if they don’t even want to improve their packaging to help guarantee a customer gets what they paid for”

My advice, stay away from this company and go with someone who will package the parts you purchase better and are also willing to answer direct questions as to just how they package parts being shipped.

There are other choices out there for suppliers who provide the same service this company does. Don’t make the same mistake and use these jokers!

Both times I called, I was cut off by disrespectful workers. One woman told me they are behind because they have so many orders. I told her it was unacceptable and had to ask to speak with a manager. She sent me to a full VM. I called back and spoke with Alex from the time he said Hello, and he had an attitude. We began to get into a disagreement. Alex asked me a question, then cut me off when I was answering, and then told me to calm down. The fact that Alex's voice was already elevated and agitated when he answered the phone was dishearten I asked for the Manager Alex said he's not here, so I asked for the name he said Anthony I asked for the last name he would not tell stating he did not know it I asked for the email he told me to go online well there was no email. Maybe Anthony needs to be in the Office to make sure they're caught up with production and teach his employees how to handle paying customers. I spent over $600.00 to get an attitude and lies about my order is beyond comprehension. All because I called Alex out, he told me I reached out last Friday,7/18/2025 not true. I reached out Friday, July 11th via email. Whoever responded on 7/15/2025, they responded that the order will be shipping out in the next 48-72 hours.7/16/2025 I asked for a tracking number they told me I would receive an email. today is 7/23/2025, which is more than 72 business hours. and when I called Alex out, he just got louder with me. Finally, I hung up. I hope whoever the owner /leadership is reads this to see how bad their employees are to customers.

After waiting a month for a Honda fender, it arrived with half of the metal uncovered. Presumably they had wrapped it prior to shipping but it was wrapped so poorly that whatever protection it had was gone. It (obviously) arrived damaged, dented. Polite emails went unanswered except one which directed me to the policy that read “if accepted and signed for it can not be returned — however, the shipper (I believe it was USPS) just left it at my door so I’m out of luck. It fits and the paint looks good, but it’s dented - so, ya know, not really worth it, is it.

So I ordered a fender for my tundra and it came color matched perfect. Got here fast. There was a tab bent where the bolt goes on top but that was due to shipping because my box was torn a bit like the carrier handled it ruff. But it came perfect and the paint looks great on it. I wouldn’t listen to some of these negative reviews whole hartedly because I had an easy good experience with them.

I ordered a product on April 19th of this year. This company wasted a month of my time claiming my part was in their paint department according to their website order status checker. I received a random email today that my part supposedly arrived damaged and could not be reordered because it was out of stock even though it's available everywhere online. They just canceled my order without a phone call or any prior contact instead of just getting it from somewhere else and giving me a phone call it was going to take a little bit longer or doing something in honest company would do. I wish I had seen all these negative reviews before I even ordered.

Ordered 2 fenders for my G37 painted. When I received them there was a big scratch in the paint on 1 fender, runs in the paint and dirt dried in the paint. I immediately contacted them and several days later they finally responded and asked for pictures on 3 different occasions. They have done nothing but give me the run around. This place is GARBAGE!!!!!! I spent $957 on JUNK!!!!!! TAKE MY ADVICE. IF YOU WANT GOOD QUALITY PARTS PAINTED. GO TO PARTIFY IN MICHIGAN... I bought a bumper cover from them and the packaging and the paint was FLAWLESS. Fast shipping great company to buy from. Don't buy from these crooks.

Paint on the lower front bumper started flaking off after about 5 or 6 months. I notified them about this but no one there cares to respond to me. Avoid this place. Price might be good but there quality and customer service are very lacking.

Waiting 3 weeks delivery and they send me wrong parts no returns or refounds.

Absolutely a bottom of the barrel company with the worst customer service. I ordered 2 hoods for my Audi, several months apart. Both of them arrived severely damaged. For the second order I was trying to give them the benefit of the doubt. However, they failed to deliver a quality, undamaged product again. Both times I inspected the hoods immediately off the truck in the presence of the driver. Sent them both back. In each case, they refused to send me a refund. I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company. Very shady practices. Good luck getting anyone to answer an email or a phone call. I'd go elsewhere for anything auto body related. This company is a joke. Zero Stars.

This place is a scam you need 16 days to paint. Only one part? If you are tired of calling them, go to the voicemail box. Email no response or call back with call back number.

I ordered a painted hood for my car. The paint was the correct color, but the hood arrived damaged from shipment. The driver gave me a claim number and we took pictures and were told to email the manager. The only option they gave me was to refund me $100.... I paid over $700 for this hood and the $100 refund was less than half of what I originally paid in shipping! I'm stuck with a damaged bumper and they have since stopped replying to me.

My parts showed up on time during a busy holiday season. The paint code was spot on. The only problem I had is their paint work is better then factory absolutely no orange peel. After reading some negative reviews I think people are miscalculating the ETA. 15 business days are equivalent to 3 weeks appose to 15 regular days being 2 weeks and 1 day. If I could add photos I would. If you need a part painted for a fair price I highly recommend using them. Make sure you also send the proper paint code. Something to keep in mind, if your car’s paint is 10+ years old it will not perfectly match a freshly painted panel.

I recently purchased a rear bumper cover for my Lexus ct200h from Painted Auto Parts and it was a complete disaster. I provided them with the paint code from my car, but they somehow managed to get it completely wrong. When I contacted them about the mistake, they refused to allow me to return the item. Now I am stuck with a bumper cover that does not match my car at all and it is a complete eyesore. I am extremely disappointed with their lack of customer service and would not recommend purchasing anything from them. Avoid the headache and shop elsewhere.

Bought a painted bumper for my 2010 Camaro and the color is completely off. Not even remotely close. Nobody will respond to emails nor pickup a phone. So I guess I’m stuck with a bumper that don’t even match the color they were given as per a request for my color code. Car only has 20,000 miles on it and barley sees sun and the color is so far off it’s not even funny.

WARNING!!! I bought a hood for my son's car and it came about 2 month later. The box seemed perfectly fine, however, the car piece was all dented and in very bad condition. It was even worse than the piece that I needed to replace in my son's car!. I called them and spoke to them 2 times and they told me they were going to discuss the issue and call me back with a solution, which they never did. I also wrote multiple emails and they only replied to one of my emails saying that they were studying my case and they would reply with a solution, never did! I kept calling and emailing and no one ever responded. THIS IS A SCAM. This company lacks of professional people. It seems that they took my money and they don't care about customer service and just kept MY money ($700) . I read at least one more review with the exact same complaint. I wish I had read the awful reviews they had before I purchased from this unreliable company. My only hope now is to help someone out there to keep their money safe and not to give away to this people.

I was never able to place an order with this company, and it's a good thing because I'm pretty certain this is a scam site. I had a simple question for them and used their chat tool since nobody would answer the phone. The only response on the chat was that nobody was available and they would follow up via email if I enter my email address. I never got an email follow up, but suddenly I started getting a bunch of new spam emails.

Originally I had thought this site might be legit because I read a few reviews that were actually positive, but it turns out there are far more negative. Their pricing is tempting, but too good to be true it seems...
Even if this business is legit, which I highly doubt, I still wouldn't want to do business with them because I found it impossible to get in touch with them through phone, chat, or email. Imagine if you have a problem with your order. You'll never be able to get it resolved...

I ordered a bumper and two fenders. While it took about 4 weeks to ship, when they arrived the parts were great. The color was a perfect match and great fit. I was able to replace these parts myself which saved a lot of money compared to what the body shop was going to charge.
