Title: Received a Dented Fender and Haven’t Received a Response to My Claim

I ordered a painted driver-side fender for my Infiniti Q50 from Painted Auto Parts for approximately $451. Unfortunately, the fender arrived dented. I submitted a damage claim on October 6, 2026, the same day I reported the issue, but I have not received a confirmation email or a response.

I’m disappointed because I paid for a painted replacement part and expected it to arrive in good condition. Dealing with a damaged part and not knowing whether the claim will be addressed has been frustrating.

I hope the company improves its packaging, customer service, and damage-claim process. Based on my experience, I would advise other buyers to document the condition of their parts immediately upon delivery and keep photos and records of all communications. They also took about two months to deliver this part as well.

This company is the worst! Their customer service is NON-EXISTENT. They will tell you your item is shipped but it will remain in shipper waiting for item. They will not answer any calls and if you're lucky enough to get an email, it will be something to pacify the buyer.

please do not order from the company. 4 weeks and counting still waiting on my front painted bumper. i paid close to $600 plus shipping. they sent me an email saying order has been shipped with no tracking details. i called several times, day and night no response, they never picked up, i also emailed them as well, never reply back to my email. please do not order from them. they also operate by another company ''chicago auto body parts''. STAY AWAY. they are scammer.

This company is run by poor management and a def ear to customers expectations. I did not reakize this until my order was place and did not arrive on time. I tried to contact the company who bby the does not answer phone calls. The tracking program on the website does not work. And my account showing no orders recieved on my account history. They only responded with an update after I disputed the transaction with a its in paint and wll be shipped upon drying meassage. The parts arrived painted ( the parts were darker than expected but I cannot say wrong color until i take to body shop for evaluation may be to fading of existing paint) but the were wrapped well and protected, and they cancel some parts of the order without notice until they shipped which is very inconvienant due to need them for install . The paint work itself was adequet with some but min. orgage peel ith not runs in base or clear. This review is based on cutomer service and the non exestance of such. They did not conact me about the the late shipment,nor answer any phone calls,the order tracking feature nor my account showed any evidence an order had been placed. and only after the dispute where i supplied my invoice to the bank. There are other options that suppy this service are available i suggest using the other options. the paint work itself was a 4 out if 5 if the correct code was used. So its the managent that failing this business not the work quaity its self. it seems they dont care about customer experence or reviews. So my suggestion is only order with them if you are willing to place your order , pay them and wait a month and have zero chance to get an update ,have kept up with your reciept to prove your oder to the bank while filing a dispute. thats the only way to get a response.

SCAM ALERT DO NOT BUY FROM PAINTED AUTO PARTS, I ordered a hood for my jeep and paid in full, after about a month still no shipping label or tracking created, they dont answer the phone or emails, finally got My bank to reverse the transaction, DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY

From what they say is 3 weeks for a painted part, it took 7 weeks to receive my rear bumper. Their customer service is nonexistent, as calls and emails weren't answered BUT l have to say when the bumper finally arrived. it was a perfect color match with no defects at all.

DO NOT order anything from this company. My order is still "processing" after three weeks. They advertise that your order will ship in 5-7 business days. Mine is still proessing. It is not even "received". I've emailed them twice for a status update. They have not responded at all. I called their customer service number a dozen times but it's a void. No one answers. Their chatbot says all orders are filled and shipped within 5-7 business days. Yet, mine is still "processing" after three weeks, they have no means to contact them, and debited $279 from my account. It's fine if you are backlogged. The solution is reply to customers who have paid and quit your stupid social media ads. You obviously can't handle the customers hwo have paid.

I ordered a side view mirror on Aug 5th, it is now Aug 17th. Got an email saying it was shipped with no tracking number or order number. Tried calling all morning, no answer. Tried emailing 2 days ago, no reply back. Starting to think I got scammed. What is the world coming to? Lately it seems like everything is just a scam, im so tired of this.

I have teenage boys, so I have ordered from them 3 times. The first time was great, bumper came fairly quick - 2 weeks. Then I ordered a fender - it took longer - 3 - 4 weeks, but it got here and it looked good. The third time it has been almost a month and the website status still says "processing". It is hard to check Order Status because the website does not let you in 50% of the time. No email response. Based on the other reviews, people like the end product, but patience is needed. I am trying my best to stay patient....

On july 17th they the part was in the paint department and they were waiting on Quality Control before shipping the fender,
After waiting 5 weeks I disputed the transaction!!!

For me it was just fine. Ordered a Black Camaro rear bumper, and while it took a little over a month to receive the Part, I am very happy with the quality and price. I purchased the cheaper part and the paint was on point... and black is a color that shows all mistakes. the time i waited wasn't an issue. Part shipped un folded for anyone curious.

If i could give neg i would . This place is horrible they take longer than they say and customer service is really bad. They dont answer phones and or emails i would never recommend this place

Horrible customer service. No responses to emails, they do not answer the phone. Well over 6 weeks and I have not received the part despite them saying it was shipping out.

If I could leave a negative review I would, ordered a fender on may 21st 2026, hadn’t received the fender a month later so I emailed the company saying I needed the part by July 3rd to which I was told it was in there paint department and they would notify me when it ships, here it is July 14th 2026 and I still haven’t received anything. I have emailed several times since with absolutely no response from this loss poor “business” just another scam company screwing the small guys

We ordered parts on June 11. The order confirmation stated 10-15 business days. It is now July 14 and nothing. We have been calling, emailing, and using their ridiculous chat bot all to no avail. No one answers phone calls or returns calls. We did get 1 email reply on July 1 saying they would be shipping "soon." Still have not received them. Now we have to figure out how to a cancel an order when we can't even get anyone to answer!! I would never even consider ordering from this place!!

I would not recommend painted auto body parts to no one. I ordered a hood back in May. I called them to see when it would be shipped. They told me it was going to be shipped on June the 19th. Today is July the 11th and I have not received my hood yet. They are very slow. They don’t answer the phone half of the time. I didn’t read the reviews before ordering but the experience I’m having with them I believe the views are correct. As many bad reviews they have got it looks like they would do better. So if you’re thinking about ordering from them DONT. I don’t see how they are still in business the way they do business. Very unsatisfied with them. If I ever get my hood I will never do business with them again!!!

I ordered a painted hood and fender panel for a 21 year old Hyundai following a "fender bender". Long delays compared to stated completion times was the case, as many online criticisms reflect. However, after 2 months, I did receive the parts, and they were in perfect condition, color, and were very securely wrapped for shipping. The finished products look great. Direct customer service ( never a real person on the phone, only email) is annoying, but everything worked out. I would recommend them.

Well the day before I paid and ordered my part they said it would be not more than 3 weeks, well its already been over a month and, when I told them i needed it within a month they said no problem because I am in bad health and have to pay someone to install the part so I could make a very important cardiologist appointment that is over 70 miles away ( I live in a very small town ) was supposed to have another stent put in ( and told them that ) but it seems like they dont care about seniors or veterans ( which im both ) very disappointed in this company who knows what the quality will be in also was told my part will be unfolded, I will write another review after I receive the part I will leave another review or retract this after I receive my order ( if I receive it) I finally received my painted part the part was painted good but it was 3 weeks late, and I paid 180.00 for delivery through R L carriers and they said they couldn't deliver it to my place so I had to drive 125 one way to Little Rock to pick it up liked the quality of part it was just a big hassle to finally get it

Placed an order on 04/28/2026 for 2 fenders and hood. I was told 6-12 days processing after order received and 5-10 days shipping, I allowed 25 days to account for any issues. I keep being told “will ship next week” and it is now 55 days and still being told “shipping next week”.
