Very prompt service, nice people to deal with. Only issue was with the left or right sidedness of the product I ordered, unsure why there was confusion, but prospective purchasers should be clear when ordering.

Competitively priced and speedy delivery
I bought a press fit fin for my Aquaglide IK along with a new paddle and both were received very quickly and well packaged. Updates were good on the order process, so overall a very positive experience

Excellent, speedy delivery of kayak. Tracking was easy to follow and accurate. The kayak is superb. Everything it claims to be. Very light in weight and stable. Rapid inflation and deflation. No need for an electric pump. Smooth and speedy on the water. Very happy with my purchase.

I ordered a Cirrus 110 from Paddle Outlet, in the middle of the high season. In response to a query about shipping costs, Scott from customer service responded in a friendly, quick and clear manner with a sensible change to the shipping terms. Due to the high volume of business, delivery was delayed. In the end, Paddle Outlet even delivered by express. The goods arrived to me undamaged and in top condition as far as I can tell.
I have never had to deal with a more customer-friendly retailer. Thank you very much.

Speedy service but not easy to contact
I ordered a SUP paddle online but they have sent me the wrong (cheaper) one. Delivery was prompt and I appreciate anyone can make a mistake but the issue is that I have been unable to contact anyone. No reply to emails and no-one answers the phones - calls just ring out. As an update I have now had a satisfactory email response on the matter and have increased my rating accordingly. Once the team responded to my issue they have been very helpful.

We understand every customers issue is urgent, but we make sure to reply within 24 hours offering a range of solutions of which we hope 1x is suitable.
Mistakes happen in warehouses, and we have worked quickly to act to help you.
It is mid-summer and the phones are super busy, sorry to have missed any calls.
We hope future customers can accept 24 hours as a minimum speed for response, we will always aim for better.
