The team at Robin Hood Watersports are very friendly and helpful - great customer service every time, whether it's in store or online! They're quick to respond and are happy to go the extra mile.

The reason for 4 stars is the website is not always accurate in terms of having items in stock or tells you that they are on pre order. But I must say once the items are available the delivery service is prompt.

Robinhood have everything you need. Their shop is an Aladdin’s cave as they cater for multiple sports/activities but the website is split into different sections so it’s easy to find what you want. Prices are often better than elsewhere and they seem to find a reason for sales when other places don’t. Really happy with everything I’ve bought from them.

Bought few items for diving from Robinhood and every single time I had great experience. The 3mm scubapro wetsuit fits perfectly and it's great quality, I did few dives in it and it was way more comfy than any rented suit. I can fully recommend these guys.

I bought a kayak from these guys; initially I chatted to George who was patient, responsive and very helpful. Then when visiting the shop to buy it, the service was exemplary; helpful, informative and friendly. Perfect service in fact! I can't wait to buy off these guys again. No upselling just genuinely great staff (all of them) but shout out to Steve who has help me through out my Kayaking journey. Advice, tips and just great customer service and knowledge which has saved me money and got me going. All of the team are excellent and the shop facilities with the pool for some excellent priced 1:1 training for rolling is first class.

Recently took two sets of scuba diving regulators into this business for service several days apart. The reception staff were brilliant booking the items in and when the 1st set reached the top of the queue the technician Kieran, kindly serviced the 2nd set as well. This saved me a 40mile round trip when it came to collection as I could collect both sets at the same time. Really great customer service and very much appreciated

Amazing, places the order at 10pm last night and they’ve already dispatched and they’re ensuring it will be delivered before I depart for my ski trip on Saturday. Great team and customer service. Will be getting all my equipment from these guys going forwards. Also they had the exact board I was looking for and luckily in stock which no one else had. Thanks George for all you help.

I had a great experience ordering from Robin Hood Watersports. Their website was clear and it was easy to find the kayaking gear I was looking for. I particularly liked that it told me whether the item was in stock. Communication was excellent and they kept me informed that my items were due to be shipped, who they were going to be shipped by and when to expect it. I have a heap of items I need to buy for my winter kayaking expedition and I will most definitely be ordering more items from Robin Hood Watersports.

I ordered a Peak PS and NRS Orion paddling jacket in the recent Black Friday sale. Robin Hood pricing was very good for these two quality items. They arrived a day later and were well packaged. I had made a query about size and my email was answered promptly by Steve. Very helpful.

I ordered a wakeboarding helmet for my son's birthday. I received an email straight away to tell me there would be a slight delay as they were waiting on new stock. They offered me a choice to cancel, choose a different colour, or wait. Because they were so proactive and kept in regular contact with the importer and myself, I chose to wait.
The order arrived in plenty of time and they even added a thoughtful birthday message and stickers for the birthday boy. Happy all round. Will definitely use again.
