Impecablee!!!

Trajet Gare Montparnasse - Aéroport Charles de Gaulle, avec beaucoup de bagages et journée très chaude. Notre chauffeur, Sofiane, nous a emmené jusqu'à l'hôtel Ibis qui se trouve dans l'aéroport. On était tellement content de se faire déposer juste devant l'hôtel après un long voyage et chargés de toutes nos valises. Pas besoin de naviguer entre les terminaux pour trouver notre hôtel à l'aéroport! Le trajet en minivan était confortable et direct. Merci Sofiane! On réutilisera les services d'Ozéroute sans hésitation pour nos transferts aéroport CDG - Paris. Bien mieux que le RER ou autres options!

Je ne m’attendais pas à tomber sur un service aussi qualitatif, avec des véhicules très confortables et surtout a moindre coût. Merci beaucoup à Sofiane, le chauffeur pour ce trajet super sympathique avec de bonnes discussions !

I cannot recommend this company.

After booking and paying in advance, my transfer schedule was changed to a time that did not work for me. I informed the company immediately that the new schedule was not suitable, but no satisfactory solution was offered.

Despite notifying them well before the departure time that the change was unacceptable, my request for a refund was refused. Communication was frustrating and the company seemed more focused on avoiding responsibility than helping the customer.

When booking airport transportation, reliability and customer service are essential. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing on both counts.

I would strongly advise future travelers to carefully consider other options.

if I could put ZERO stars I would. Dreadful experience. Received Whatsapp from driver advising they would be an hour late. We were already going to be waiting at the airport for 2-3 hours and thought this delay would get us to the resort far too late. I advised the driver we would no longer be using the service and would get a taxi instead. This was at a very expensive cost to me, but travelling with a young child getting to the resort at almost midnight wasn't acceptable. We took an airport taxi. I advised the customer service of what happened and that we would no longer require the shuttle. This was more than 2 hours before the new time advised. Over an hour later we are advised that the driver made a typo and they would be on time. We were already halfway to our destination. The customer service team advised us to turn around and go back to the airport! We were already 80km away! Over the following days I can only describe as a surreal experience in which the customer services accused me of lying and falsifying a taxi cost (despite sending a receipt) and of trying to damage their reputation. They actually had the audacity to demand an apology from me for complaining that their driver sent a typo. It was the most bizarre situation I have ever experienced. If I did not apologies for their mistake they would cancel my return. They also changed the time of our return. There was no guarantee that we would get the return flight with such erratic behaviour. They cancelled the return less than 24 hrs as I refused to apologise for their mistake. Utterly bizarre! They didnt manage to ruin the holiday experience but they gave it a damn good try! The customer services agent genuinely does need a psychological assessment and assistance from a mental health expert! DO NOT USE!

Very good experience. Sofian, was my driver and was very kind. The car was very clean and I was in time in Beauvais. I will definitely use this service again when I’m back in Paris.

Great experience with Ozeroute! Our driver for the ride from Disneyland to Beauvais at 19:00 was amazing – super friendly, professional, and perfectly on time. Everything went smoothly. Five stars!

Cancelled our shuttle from BVA airport 48 hours before flying. It’s left us high and dry as everywhere else is full so we’re having to fork out a fortune in taxis! Do not recommend. Just pay the extra premium to get to CDG.

Je suis très partagée car pour moi à l'aller, la réservation le paiement les changements d'horaire la ponctualité la communication ont été super, j étais très contente et satisfaite de les avoir trouvés.
Mais malheureusement pour le retour cela ne s'est pas bien passé car ils viennent de me communiquer qu ils annulent mon transfert Beauvais aéroport à Chessy Marne-la-Vallée et je suis dans la m...j arriverai à l aéroport de Tillé Beauvais à 22h 20 et à 23h10 heure du rdv à Beauvais aéroport je ne trouve rien pour rentrer chez moi je suis vraiment triste et énervée et en grande difficulté pour le retour.
Donc vous avez de la chance que je mette 3 étoiles car c est un zéro au retour.

Qualche giorno prima del vostro arrivo possono decidere senza consultarvi di anticiparvi la navetta e se il vostro volo ritarda come spesso può capitare vi lasciano praticamente a piedi (ritardo di 15 minuti rispetto all’appuntamento). Nonostante abbiano il numero del volo che voi comunicate in fase di prenotazione non si informano del ritardo e pretendono di essere informati da te e nel caso ve lo dimentichiate non vi spetta nessun rimborso (per cosa lo vogliono allora il numero del volo?). Dopo il danno anche la beffa. Comunicazione negativissima solo messaggi automatici e l’autista dopo averti liquidato non ti risponde più e la mail dell’assistenza ti ignora completamente. Da evitare meglio altre soluzioni.

Othman est un conducteure exceptionnel ! Ponctuel, professionnel et très courtois. La conduite était fluide et sécurisée, et le véhicule impeccable. Après un très long voyage et sans solution pour rejoindre notre hôtel, il nous a vraiment sauvés. Il nous a traités avec beaucoup de gentillesse, a fait preuve d’une grande patience et d’une amabilité remarquable. Il a su rendre le trajet très agréable grâce à son sens du service. Je recommande vivement ses service.

Great transfer service. Driver was very polite and helpful. Pick up point was right at the exit of parking one. I wasn't sure where the pickup was, going around the parking. The driver rang on my phone to see where I was. He made sure all the passengers were on board. Very happy with the service. Would definitely recommend.
