Directions/information is terrible. You have to email them as you’re running around the carparks/bus terminal area looking for a sign for OZEroute? There’s nothing. The Google map location given is not correct. They pick you up from the airport T1 car park exit area just before the exit gates. Absolute gong show… fly to CDG and save yourself the muck around with Tille if you’re transferring to CDG.

Not sure what language the driver speaks. Didn’t understand French or English.

If I hadn’t emailed them I would probably have missed this shuttle.

Terrible. The only thing you have is some picture of the place on the airport where the bus will come, which is not helpful at all and the plate number of the car. Then you ride in your own sweat for about 2 hrs with non english speaking driver. Then the day right before we leave paris they canceled the reservation and now we have to pay way more for transfer because we can use the metro to Airbus. If you have the choose use the official Airbus, you can buy tickets on the airport. Decently dont use OzeRoute.

We booked this transfer company to bring our family from airport to Disneyland. They were punctual, nice and even brought us to our hotel without charging anything extra. Service 10/10

Booked my shuttle last week to go from cdg to Montparnasse on July 31 - today, July 29th they cancelled it. - just said cancelled no explanation

J'avais réservé une navette CDG–Beauvais. Ma confirmation indiquait un rendez-vous au Terminal 3. Je me suis présenté au point indiqué, mais je n'ai pas été pris en charge. Après plusieurs appels, j'ai dû payer un Bolt de 100 € pour ne pas manquer mon vol. J'ai envoyé une réclamation il y a plus d'une semaine et je n'ai toujours reçu aucune réponse. Je mettrai cet avis à jour si une solution satisfaisante est apportée.

Réservation annulée la veille de notre départ sans explication !

J'ai reçu la annulation de mon service deux jours avant de partir, sans aucune explication, seulement des motives operationales. On ne peut pas fier de Ozeroute

J'ai choisi Ozéroute pour aller de Charles de Gaulle à Center Parc avec mes 4 enfants. La solution, référencée sur Google, paraît intéressante et un peu moins onéreuse qu'un Uber. Il y a 3 catégories, de la plus abordable à la plus chère. La solution médiane n'étant plus une option (navette pleine), je choisis la solution la plus abordable. Je paie et, en vérifiant mon achat, je me rends compte que la DESTINATION a changé ! Rien ne mentionne que la différence de tarif se base sur une destination différente. A ce moment, frustration de ma part, mais service client présent et la personne règle le problème pour que j'arrive à bon port.
Le jour J, mon avion a du retard - l'entreprise le sait car j'ai renseigné mon numéro de vol. J'ai 4 enfants, une carte SIM à changer à l'arrivée mais rien ne se passe comme prévu. L'avion arrive à un terminal différent, nous devons prendre un bus bondé pour rejoindre l'aéroport, un problème technique crée une attente interminable pour passer la douane. Bref, je suis en retard et comme je m'y attendais, la navette est partie quand j'arrive. Cela fait partie du deal. Aucun souci à ce sujet. J'appelle malgré tout le chauffeur pour savoir quoi faire. Il me dit que ce n'est plus son problème, que je ne l'ai pas appelé pour lui dire que j'étais en retard (rappel : il le savait grâce au n° de vol) et que donc je ne serai pas remboursée. Je lui explique que je ne pouvais pas l'appeler car je n'avais pas ma carte SIM avec moi. Il me répète sans arrêt que je devais l'appeler. Je demande à avoir le numéro de quelqu'un dans l'entreprise pour trouver une solution - réponse négative. J'ai donc envoyé un mail car le service clients avait été plutôt bon quelques jours plus tôt. Aucune réponse.
Bilan : pour avoir anticipé et souhaité utiliser Ozeroute au lieu d'un simple Uber, j'ai payé le double de la course et ai dû consacré un temps fou sur place à comparer les options restantes et tenter de trouver l'option la moins onéreuse. Bref, un Uber m'aurait coûté tellement moins cher en temps et en énergie !

Booked my family’s airport transfer via ozeroute, I was a little confused about the booster seats provided so I emailed my query but never got a response so we thought to wait and see what we would get. Sure enough we got a booster seat which we did not think was highly appropriate for 2 year-old.
I contacted via WhatsApp to update that my flight was delayed by one hour but did not get an appropriate response.
I am very grateful for the driver Sofiane, he told me he noticed that the flight was delayed so he waited even though they do not usually wait. Sofiane was very patient and waited for my family and I. He went above and beyond communicating with me all the way. He was polite and helpful, he had bottles of water ready for us and ensured he found the correct apartment building before leaving us. Thank you Sofiane for your kindness. I would recommend the service because of Sofiane.

My original booking for the bus shuttle was canceled 3 days prior which was concerning and problematic. After researching alternatives I booked the private transfer and thankfully traveling from Montparnasse to CDG was successful. Our driver, Khadija, was helpful and accommodating. The app doesn't allow changes which would be useful.
