Ovia Essentials Anmeldelser

Great product. Great customer service. Very personable. Follow up is phenomenal. Cutting mix tastes light and refreshing.

This product did nothing for me. The taste was basically non-existent. I had my order to be delivered every three months, but they sent another order in less than a month (before I could cancel) and charged my card. When I reached out for a refund, they refused and only offered me less than 1/3 of what I paid even though I said I would send the product back. They said they did not want the product back and would only send me the small amount.
When I referred to their return and refund policy, they told me that can see how it confused me but never gave me any reasons why?
I wish I would have read the reviews and such before I ordered as there is no clinical evidence as to this product working. I should know better. Expensive lesson for me.

Heather was very helpful

So far so good! I just started and like that the flavor is very light. I can take it as a quick 2 oz shot or mix it into my glass of water to sip on. (I have the Strawberry Açaí flavor)
I use a hand blender to get it mixed in good.
Will update on health changes when I get a little time in.

This was the worst drink colored water I have ever tasted after one packet I almost threw up. Call them and told him it was awful or actually sent them an email and I get a response back of. They’re gonna give me back $13 and something and they offer a 90 day full guarantee refund that’s a bunch of BS then they actually had the goal to resend me out the next day a new charge for this while I’m going to figure out how to turn them into the Better Business Bureau and find where they’re located as shipping, which I did and contact the Attorney General‘s office. They crooks don’t buy it. You will be very sorry.

The nice woman was very helpful about the product that I’m gonna receive intake. She even asked me about my address so she can send it to me on the I do appreciate that

Health wise I took the first step ordering Ovia Essentials. I’m concerned about my weight, the way I look and especially my health. And my husband is a diabetic so I’ll be contacting his Doctor to get his okay for him to take it also, I’m sure it will help him with his blood sugar and weight, and be more healthy too

I just ordered after hearing rave reviews but what was so great Heather reached out to me via text to see what I am expecting from the product and to inform me of some great pricing on additional . I’m not able to do at this time and she wasn’t pushy . Genuinely seemed she was interested in me being totally satisfied so if that’s how good you great treated just from ordering I don’t have any concerns with customer support

Personable and caring. Good deals

This company has a hidden agenda. I didn’t even know that I had signed up for a “subscription “. I tried to get a refund well before the90 days and was told that I would only receive less than a third of the original purchase price. This company is a money grubbing scam. Do not purchase this awful tasting stuff unless you want to just throw money away. Terrible experience and a costly lesson learned!

Ovia has the right amount of flavor. 1 stick to 8 ounces of water is perfect. I have found the flavor of most drink mixes are too sweet or overpowering for my taste and I end up diluting them.

I’m excited to give Ovia a try, just ordered my first product and Heather was so helpful! Hope it cuts my afternoon and evening cravings to the curb! Thanks

The personal touch and the reach is amazing so excited to start this product i have heard such good things from someone i know who has used.

If I could give a minus, I would. Took 15 days to get product. No change with product. Can’t get customer service to cancel subscription. Have contacted BBB.

I received a personal email to discuss my purchase. We discussed my goals. Pretty sure it’s mostly AI but still it is nice to know the company is easy to access.

I did not sign up for the subscription, intentionally paid shipping, they tried to charge me a second time I of course disputed the charge and won. I had even gone in and cancelled a subscription that I never signed up for and today I’m notified that my shipment has been delivered. Do not trust this company, they are dishonest and absolutely impossible to contact.

It has so far done exactly what I was told it would do. I would recommend anyone to start this. Heather has reached out a number of times checking to see if I need anything that means a-lot

Waiting on the product, my questions were answered quickly and satisfactory, any wait to start!

Customer service was great.

Very informative. Ease of ordering.
