Great staff on the phone and slabs where really good for what I paid, couple came chipped but expected with porcelain

Very friendly and professional customer service.

I’m very impressed with the service and the quality of the product provided by Ovaeda. The communications from Aaron were very good.

My composite decking kit arrived on time and well-packed so no damage. It was a breeze to assemble thanks to their website’s instructions and helpful videos.

Just make sure you get a decent chop saw with a 300mm slide if you have to make lots of mitre cuts.

Great products and very helpful and knowledgeable staff. A pleasure to deal with.

Staff have been both knowledgable and very helpful in both pulling the order together and assisting in the DIY assembly of a complex decking project. While they not be the cheapest decking provider the quality of the supplies and advice makes them an excellent choice. Would definitely buy from them again.

Purchased an aluminium sub frame and pedestals for a DIY decking project over Easter. I had a design in mind and Aaron from Ovaeda was really helpful in working out exactly what was needed for the job. Pretty straightforward to assemble and very happy with the end result. Would use again.

Fabulous quality and first class delivery experience

Great communication, sorted my quantities out to the board, the items delivered were top quality at a reasonable price. Will reccomend.

Very professional, delivery always in time, very friendly team,

My experience of Avaeda has been very positive. Whether it be samples or product delivery, everything comes on time and is very well packaged. Staff are so helpful and go that extra mile to make sure you have the right product for the job. Just a good experience all round.

Samples are fine and were dispatched on time. However, Royal Mail were 3 days late with the next day delivery option. Annoying, when RM say it will be delivered on the 27th and it appears on the 30th. Also, no way to track parcel.

Very informative website. Samples arrived very quickly and products look good, if expensive.

Samples arrived packaged in a lovey box thank you

Very good web site to ordering samples and a great quick service

Ordered some samples. They came extremely quickly (within 48 hours) and were well presented. The tiles seem very good quality and I will order once I have decided on the colour.

Very good product for my needs and offered at a fair price. The sales team were very responsive and keen.

This would have been a 5 star review except for delivery problem - delivery was booked and confirmed for one day prior to the required date for a crane lift - in the end the product arrived one day late any only just in time to make the lift - this created unnecessary stress and wasted time trying to ensure the delivery was available for the booked lift.

A broad range of products and easy to find what I was looking for on the website. Very good price for the pedestals I ordered and quick delivery, Highly recommend.

Quick delivery of samples and he company kept up non-pushy communication after. I would have been very happy to used this company.
Regrettably, I am not proceeding with composite decking as I have founded corners to my deck and it turns out that there is no way that curves can be accommodated with composite - the manufacturers are missing a trick there
