There was an issue with the first order where several boards had been chipped in transit, as well as many more appearing to be stained.
I rang them straight away and took pictures and they had no hesitation in replacing them which is excellent service.
Where it fell down is sending the replacement boards when I had to wait 3 days in a row for a delivery that didn't show, which would have been acceptable if I had been notified in the morning, but there was radio silence, so I had to wait in and change plans unnecessarily. It took me to chase, eventually directly
with the courier, to get confirmation they were actually on the truck and on their way.
Aaron and Armani were very helpful throughout the process, but aside from the replacement boards, I still ended up with 20% more boards than I needed. It could have been my measuring, but I would advise you to calculate your needs in detail plus about 5% extra.
So great product (my builder said it is some of the best he's worked with), great customer service but given it a 4, because you're only as good as your delivery service, and Ovaeda have been let down by their 3rd party partners here in my experience.

Excellent guidance in selecting product and placing the order.
Timely delivery and all arrived well packaged and in perfect condition!

absolutley brilliant service and producys

Excellent response to inquiries

Great service, great product, really great delivery. A+

Amazing company, every interaction I’ve had with these guys has been a pleasure!! They over-promise then over-deliver, and are super knowledgeable about their products… Outstanding performance, thanks so much to Anton and his team!!!

Excellent immediate response to a small difficulty. Exemplary customer service

Reliable service

ovaeda was good to deal with. The problem was the courier palletways was the worse experience i have ever had! false promises on delivery, and when it did arrive a day late,it was all damaged.a week later i had an even worse experience waiting for delivery.waited all day being told its on its way when it wasn't.very frustrating experience, I am self employed and this put my job behind for over a week and great expense to me update! not a year fitted, and decking has swelled and shrunk, leaving gaps everywhere!

The sample packaging arrived on time
Came in a nice packaging very professionally done.

good quality items and excellent customer service

Fast delivery, very helpful.

As a landscaping company we use a lot of products, But Ovaedas stands out by far! We've used multiple times this year and would recommend to anyone looking to improve their outdoor space!

Prompt and excellent service delivering various samples in a professional box.

Have so far only ordered free samples as we're currently waiting for roof replacement before we proceed, but Armani has been very helpful with advice over the phone and by email. The samples (both sets) came quickly and are really useful.

Absolutely rubbish not worth ten pounds

I purchased a number of pedestals to lay porcelain patio in my garden. The quality and variation of sizes of the pedestals made them far superior than anything else on the market in my opinion. The customer service is also excellent and overall five stars highly recommended.

Quick delivery

Ordered samples which were delivered promptly
