Whether you are a large company, an individual tradesperson, or a DIY enthusiast, the SupaLite SupaStore has all the supplies you’ll need for your roofing project. Launched in 2012, the SupaLite Tiled Roof System rose to prominence in the retro-fit market by providing installers with a lightweight, easy-to-install, and desirable solid roof which fits onto the existing conservatory window frame, and eliminates the dramatic changes in temperature seen in traditional conservatories. In 2019, we launched the SupaLite SupaStore website, retailing all the components that comprise the SupaLite Tiled Roof System, in addition to a range of roofing supplies and materials that can be used for general roof maintenance and repairs. In 2025, we re-launched the SupaLite SupaStore website and expanded our existing catalogue. From pipes and tiles to spectacular lanterns, we now offer a much wider range of products, on a more user-friendly platform for our trade customers and the general public. We pride ourselves on providing excellent customer service, with our friendly team always available to assist with any queries you may have. Whether it be a simple question or in-depth technical assistance, we're here to help, so please don’t hesitate to get in touch.

Thanks for the review Gary, great to hear that your order went through smoothly.
The ordering process could not have been easier, unty I came to the cost of shipping which I found quite shockingly high.
There was no delivery date given so I contacted the helpdesk and to my pleasant surprise they assured me they would arrive the next day. I was led to believe they would take a few weeks.
They arrived at 9 the following morning... very impressed.

Hi Christopher,
Thank you very much for the review.
I'm pleased to hear that you were happy with the ordering process and delivery speed. We do offer next day delivery (as standard) on most of our items, but we appreciate the feedback regarding communication of this and it is something we'll look into.
We also try to offer the best prices we can on shipping and it is something that is under constant review.
Kind regards
SupaLite SupaStore

Hi Matthew,
Firstly, sorry to hear this. Customer services have advised me that unfortunately, the notification of the problem with the order didn't reach us, hence the lack of response. We take pride in our customer services and we wouldn't knowingly ignore our customers. We have now issued a refund for the damages and a goodwill gesture for the inconvenience caused.
I hope this helps to atone for the issues.
Kind regards
Very informative website with all the information i needed to order some lightweight tiles for my garden room / summerhouse
