I placed an order on September 17th and, as of today, I have not received any updates or a shipping confirmation. Despite reaching out to customer service, I have yet to receive a response regarding the status of my order.

The lack of communication has been frustrating, and I am disappointed with the service I have received so far. I hope this issue can be resolved soon, but based on my current experience, I cannot recommend this company.

I placed an order 11 days ago and have messaged to find out where it is. It hasn’t even been sent and am going in holidays so the items will not arrive.
Dreadful shop- I will not be using this company again and wish I had seen the awful reviews before ordering

I first ordered a T-Shirt in July which was in stock and it arrived no problem a few days later, as stated. It was a good experience. HOWEVER, I purchased a cap on the 04/08/2024, and at the time I am writing this review on the 27/08 it still hasn't arrived!!! Its an absolute joke. I first ordered the cap and then I didn't hear anything for an entire week. I then emailed them asking where my item was, which they replied with the item was being 'sourced' from another store and it should be with me within the next week. So next week arrives and again I haven't heard anything or seen my item. I then email again and they replied saying it had arrived in the packing room and they had missed it (lol), and would be sent out the following day (Saturday) for weekend delivery. So on that Saturday I go on holiday for a week expecting my cap to have arrived. I come back from holiday and the item STILL HASNT ARRIVED. I have sent them another email and am still waiting for a response. Have to say this is probably the worst experience I have ever had regarding ordering something online. Truly pathetic. If you desperately want something from the store I believe that if the delivery is express and can be delivered within 1-3 days then they will have the item in stock, as was the T Shirt I mentioned at the beginning of the review. However if the delivery is free and takes 5-7 working days, then avoid this at all costs as it basically means they have to source the item from another store.

(Update) The store has now refunded me and I have also received the item. Fair play that the store is willing to accept they messed up and compensate me for the frustrating ordeal with my item.

Very happy with my purchase. The quality is of a very high standard and the price was very good indeed considering the high quality. Customer service standards not dissimilar to what we used to expect from the high street.

I just want to say that all reviews about accepting orders and taking payments for out of stock items are true. After placing an order nobody bothered to contact me to let me know that sandals I bought are out of stock. After a week of waiting I tried to contact them via email, but only received a response that it would take longer than usually to respond. I only got a refund when I finally managed to contact them by phone. They have great stuff on the website but I learnt the lesson and will never order from them any more.

The camping stool arrived extremely quickly and they sold it at a price which was significantly cheaper than any othere site which stocked it.

I ordered two items, both of which I subsequently returned as they were too small. I used the home collection service and returned the items in their original packaging, with labels on. A week or so later I was notified that the ‘Refund for order [number] has been processed’. But this is the refund for one of the two items only. The customer service has been very unhelpful: the call was cut while I was talking to an agent. The agent seemed unsure of the returns procedure, asking if I have ‘proof or return’ before the line was cut. I called numerous times after that but the line was not answered. Never before had such an experience in online shopping

Not a very good experience to be honest ☹️ Ended up with trainers being a Size 7 in a size 6 box which I know is a common mistake so sent back straight away for an exchange for the correct size & still have not received the correct trainers back☹️

The price was good, product terrex freehiker 2 as shown on site, came earlier than they predicted. Very happy, I would recommend using this site to others. Very happy

Friendly & helpful customer service. The original item was out of stock but the team kindly took pictures of the remaining options so I could get a better idea of the colours before I selected a replacement.

I have ordered a Hoka sneakers, the delivery is super fast, but the shoes obviously has wore, as some dirt marks showed on the sole, and some original wrapping material were missing.

Great item and fast delivery. I ordered a Gramicci t shirt that was out of stock in my size on the Gramicci website so was very chuffed to be able to get my hands on one! Would order with them again, especially as they stock stuff you can only get from the US.

Excellent service and delivery and the only place I could purchase Senchi Designs Hoodie. Super lightweight and love the zip bag it arrived in.

Ordered a £350 jacket from the outsiders store. It arrived with security tag still on meaning I could not give it as a gift as anticipated. Messaged the team and received a very patronising message saying they couldn’t sort it until the following week and they would offer me a £15 gift voucher. When I said I found they had not been helpful they replied with ‘no problem!’.
Such a shame as I like trying new stores for outdoor gear but I would solidly not recommend this store to anybody

No issues with order and shipping; item arrived as expected.

Although I was hesitant due to the overwhelming negative reviews regarding the treatment of orders, I decided to place an order despite the perceived risk, which proved to be the best decision. I cannot speak on other peoples experiences however i can only speak on my own, which was perfect without any issues, fast delivery, perfect quality product, and good all-round service.
