I ordered Friday afternoon, item arrived Saturday morning without issue. Almost £14 delivery fee seemed a bit harsh considering I spent £300 but that’s the world we live and free delivery was offered but that wouldn’t have arrived until Tuesday.

Ich hatte erstmal Probleme mit der Auslösung und Bezahlung meiner Bestellung, weil die deutsche Website-Maske ein Problem hatte (zumindest übers Handy). Hatte mich dann kurz per Mail mit dem Support in Verbindung gesetzt und mein Problem wurde schnell gelöst.
Ich hatte 4 reduzierte Artikel in Höhe von insgesamt 100€ bestellt. Als ich die Versandinfo von GLS bekommen habe mit dem Versendernamen „HUXLOE“ aus Spanien war ich kurz skeptisch. Außer dass mein Paket an einer Stelle gerissen war, ist alles in bester Ordnung bei mir angekommen.
Fazit: Man kann in Ruhe dort bestellen, ich habe auch keine extra Steuern zahlen müssen. Trotzdem Achtung: Es gibt eine Fake us-Website, auf die Wildbounds auch selbst aufmerksam macht.

I had a query regarding a fault that developed with a travel mug after 6 weeks of use, and Dan from Wildbounds was superb in handling it. He resolved the issue quickly and professionally, without any hassle. His customer service was exemplary — friendly, efficient, and genuinely helpful.

Ok so its worth mentioning that I bought a tent and was sent the wrong one. However the way they dealt with that was brilliant. Ok so I didnt get what I wanted, what they did though was to let me keep the tent and gave me a refund. This was their suggestion which was super nice and to be honest it worked well for me. And for them I think. It meant we both felt like we'd won in some small way. Mind I kinda went and spent that money and a little more on a backpack from them.

I literally cannot recommend them enough. Big shout out to Dan there, who did all he could to help. Thanks :-)

Ordered a roller duffle to replace one that had fallen apart and didn't have time to repair before I needed it. It arrived super quickly and carefully packed (in its manufacturer packaging which was great).

Bought an item from them 2 years ago and it needed repair. Contacted Wildbounds and they were very keen to say we should send it back to the manufacturer for repair. Being a large bag this meant a large parcel which they paid for and we got the repaired item back in a couple of weeks. Excellent company will use them again and again!

Clear details on website, quick to respond via email, allowed me to visit the warehouse to view the item I wanted before purchasing.

Really responsive customer services team, replied to my email surprisingly within an hour! Product is good quality and competitive pricing. Will be happy to look to repurchasing items from Wildbounds in the future

I've just purchased the Nalgene Jade Monochrome 1L (Narrow Mouth) - what a treat, for a man, with a hankering, for a narrow opening.

Currently better offering than Bezos' joke of a company, he can barely run a tap noawadays.

Packaged to perfection, and alongside some extremely funky stickers for optional customisation (not my cup of tea, but certainly for some of you more adventurous types).

This was my first purchase from Wildbounds. I had been looking for a particular size of a lightweight rucksack and couldn't find it in stock anywhere else. Not only that, Wildbounds had the lowest price and I got free 48hr delivery for signing up to their mailing list. The rucksack arrived in 2 working days. It will not be my last purchase from Wildbounds.

Faultless service. I got an amazing price on a new Osprey bag with free shipping (bag received 2 days later on Royal Mail 48) and the website looked great - really instilling professional confidence and letting the product shine on the product description page.
