Just had our system installed by Steffan, nice professional job.

Very helpful in answering any questions we had.

Had the Virgin water system for many years and machine is in poor condition.
Upgraded to new Taap machine and dealt with both online and over the phone with Chiqui who provided excellent service.

Emile arrived late to my appointment through no fault of his own . I am frequently disappointed by customer service but the two ladies I spoke to yesterday ( I was worried about the time of the appointment) were so helpful and concerned that the engineer had not yet arrived . They both assured me he would definitely come and one lady rang me after they had finished work to update me . When Emile arrived he was apologetic and completed the job in a friendly and professional manner . I have nothing but praise for the staff members I spoke to yesterday. They went above and beyond for me .

Been with our taap since virgin pure. It's been several years great service from the home water system to the home water system 2. They always been professional and polite when ever I've needed to contacted them. The machines are ultra reliable I mean I've had the home water system 2 now for 4 years and it hasn't faulted once and it is used a lot. Still better than brita.

Adam S was the engineer who came out to look at our machine that was tripping our electrics. Our model is an old one. Adam did what he could to find the reason and replaced what was needed there and then and everything seems fine now. Adam S was very polite and knowledgeable and I was very impressed with his work. Thank you Adam S.

Jala was absolutely superb. He was friendly, patient, and incredibly helpful throughout, and thanks to his expertise my machine is now working perfectly. I’m genuinely impressed with the service and would highly recommend him.

This is only a review of the installation
Brett who installed today was very professional and respectful of the worktops and general area he was working in he cleared and cleaned as he went he also demonstrated the machine and set it up to my required cup size . Good communication as to arrival time and informative as to why I should keep the packaging in case we changed our minds

Whilst we have enjoyed the water system, please beware that once the unit has been purchased & you have a contract with them, if your circumstances change & you have to move house which cannot accommodate the unit, they charge you for the remaining months service which they will not be providing to you - some help or sympathy would be more professional than taking money for a service they will not be required to provide
