Jala has fixed our water filter machine today and he was absolutely amazing. He called before attending and during the service he was very professional, friendly and quick. He explained what he was doing step by step. Very pleased of his service.

My new Taap machine was installed today, the newer version looks sleek, slimmer and better than the bulky old one. Although it brings out only cold water which is better for me and more practical than the old one. The installation was done by PAUL L, he was on time, very professional, very very neat with his job. He gave options of where it's best to be placed in the kitchen and helped tidied up after installation. He made the job look so easy and also went through the machine itself with me, how to use it and how to change the cartridge when it's sent out. Thank you Paul L.

The experience when the engineer (Graeme) attended to repair/replace product. It was an excellent experience. The engineer was neat/tidy, informative by way of advising what work he would be doing and answering any questions asked. Lastly he was very polite and professional. The product was replaced without any problems . Excellent service overall by engineer and company.

Jala the engineer . Where do I start ? He communicated with me from the day before . Which allowed me to plan for the school run , & once he was in my address . He was polite and full of positive energy . & finally he made sure my cup sizes were set and ensure I knew all the functions on the machine . Thank you Jala

Ezekiel was very helpful! He went through all the information with me clearly so I could fully hear and understand what I was agreeing to. He also explained the process and let me know about all of the available colour ways that the system comes in.
At one point my phone reception dropped and he called me straight back, he was also very friendly on the phone 10/10 customer service!

Mr. Adam S did great work. I was worried that the pipe will show, because in rented house counter top hole is not allowed but he managed really well to hide the pipe. Highly recommended

Amazing service from Jeff! I spoke with Jeff from OurTaap regarding the installation of my new tap and he was so helpful from start to finish. He talked me through everything clearly, helped me get my installation date booked over the phone and made the whole process really simple and straightforward. He also arranged a lovely free welcome gift of two water bottles, which was such a nice touch! 😊 The only slight downside is that I do have to wait around a month for installation, but I guess that shows how sought-after the product is! Jeff also let me know that if there are any cancellations before then, he’ll put me forward for an earlier appointment, which I really appreciated. Overall, a really friendly and helpful experience. I’m now looking forward to getting my new OurTaap installed and can’t wait to start using it!
