We had Our Taap machine fitted today and Mark S was excellent. It needed to go in a bit of an awkward position with in a really awkward cupboard. Initially thinking it may need to be placed somewhere else he managed to get it done exactly as we asked. Very friendly and knowledgeable as well.

Amazing Service, Mark explained what was wrong and made a decision to replace my unit due to a number of issues with my old 10 year old system

Mark set it up and explained all my new settings and how to flush the system when it needs a new filter

Very lovely , nice lady by the name of EZEKIEL, she was Helpful and informative.

I called them for detailed information for the service because I wanted to subscribe, friend of mine recommended me , but OMG the lady on the phone was extremely unprofessional and rude with me , zero respect and customer service she even started to get angry when I was asking her a questions , so I just said thank you and hang out the phone and would never subscribe with this service . I can see alot other reviews with bad customer service experience.
