From the very first telephone call with Ezekiel in Customer Service to my installation with Liam D this morning everything has been fantastic! The communication has been excellent throughout, always kept up to date and well informed. Liam called me to let me know he was on his way and gave me an eta. Lots of reminders in the days leading up to the installation today.
Liam arrived and was lovely. Friendly and polite (offered to take his shoes off!) and really super efficient! He cleaned up as he went, mopped up the water splashes, checked I was happy with the placement and showed me how the machine works, how to change the filter and lamp (even easier than my old original) and tidied everything away too! I'm so happy and very impressed. Outstanding level of customer care! Thank you so very much 🤗

Brett did our installation this morning - very professional & did a good job in less than an hour and with little disruption . He explained everything clearly and it was a pleasure meeting him.

Dreadful Company, I have been with them for 10 years, so paid a lot of money to them. we changed the Our Taap machine recently as the old one wasn't working very well and have gone with a Bibo which is amazing, however OurTaap want me to pay the filter subscription up to Feb. Am taking them to the ombudsman as they refuse to send me the signed agreement that I requested. 10 years I was loyal and they tret me like dirt. Never again

Mr Liam came to install the machine. He was very helpful and he taught us everything regarding the functioning nicely.

I have had my water machine for several years and love it. I just moved home and the engineer came to install my water system, Joe was very courteous and the install was quick, he changed my filter and lamp too.

Great service felt straight forward well spoken lovely to deal with my please can't wait to taste it great good luck in life with whatever you do ezekiel was a belter great experience
