I would like to take a moment to give a special thank you to Ezekiel, who works for our TAAP team. She has been absolutely excellent and has gone above and beyond to provide support and assistance.

Ezekiel has always been professional, respectful, patient and genuinely caring. She takes the time to listen, understand the situation and make sure everything is handled properly. Her communication and attitude have been outstanding, and it is clear that he genuinely cares about helping people.

It is not often that you come across someone who is so dedicated and helpful, and I really appreciate all the support Ezekiel has given us. She is a real credit to the TAAP team and deserves recognition for the excellent work she does.

I signed up 8th August. Earliest viable installation date was
September 4th. Took day off work, engineer tried to come but he was then cancelled by the booking setter at the company. Rebooked an 2nd installation date at earliest availability.. engineer didn’t show or even get in contact to explain why he hadn’t shown up. The company didn’t contact me with an explanation either.

I gave it 2 full business working days and still nothing so I called to cancel… they arranged a 3rd installation date to take place within 48 hours.
I told them I specifically couldn’t do between 8.30am and 11am as I had a work meeting and it was too short notice to cancel.
The engineer arrived at 9.

After much messing about, the water filter was finally installed on 3rd installation date (October 1st… nearly 2
Months after ordering)

The engineer, Brett, was great. He was efficient, friendly and tidied up after himself!!

Customer service did offer 3 months free compensation which whilst kind does not account for 2 full days of work missed.

Anyway, the water tastes really very good so overall I’m glad I stuck it out!!

More people should be as happy and as helpful as Ezeliel!

I had a great experience with Ezekiel.

Very disappointed with OurTapp’s water filter service. Ever since the filter was installed at my home, I have been facing constant problems with it. I have contacted customer service multiple times and booked engineers, but no one actually turns up to fix the issue. Despite repeated requests, my problem is still unresolved.

This has been a very frustrating experience. I expected better service and proper after-sales support, but unfortunately, I have not received it. I would not recommend this service unless they improve their customer support and actually send engineers to resolve customers’ problems.

Really happy with our tap installation by Adam. He was friendly, professional and did a great job. Everything was fitted perfectly and left clean and tidy. Would definitely recommend Adam and use him again!

Ezekiel sorted out upgrade without a hitch. All questions answered perfectly.
