From the moment I spoke to Chiqui, she was incredibly warm, friendly, helpful and genuinely lovely to deal with. Nothing felt rushed or scripted — she has that rare ability to make you feel as though you are speaking to someone who genuinely cares about helping you. She was such an absolute pleasure to talk to that I honestly could have stayed chatting to her on the phone!

Chiqui is a fantastic ambassador for the company and exactly the sort of person every customer hopes to deal with.
