We have been so impressed with TAAP from start to finish. The whole experience, from ordering through to installation, was absolutely brilliant – straightforward, professional and hassle-free.

As for the water filter itself, we honestly wouldn’t be without it now. Since installing our TAAP, we drink so much more water than we ever did before. The water tastes lovely and fresh, but for us the biggest thing is the peace of mind it gives us. We no longer find ourselves wondering about what might be in our tap water – we simply fill our glasses and enjoy it.

It’s amazing how quickly it's become something we use every day, and we would really notice if it wasn’t there.

A genuine 10/10 from us. Fantastic product, brilliant service and something I would happily recommend to family and friends.

I’m doing another review today the 7th of October.id like thank the Customer Service Sales Representative Name is ( Jemm)
Anyone looking to get this incredible great water filter needs to call and ask for Jemm. He is a very patient Man , he listens very polite when doing my booking of installation, even when an engineer didn’t turn up in the booking date due to an emergency,Jemm straightaway look for another call out engineer the very next day to come to install my product .

He’s is so good . Listen I want anyone reading this take note, Our Tap is a great water filter so clean pure good water system. But the best part talking to a great customer sales representative who knows how to provide an excellent advise to new customers. Then topping it up to a fantastic engineer so patient and polite.
