We got our kid (Labrador) with the help of Ostrich shipping from Chennai to Canada. Abu helped us out all the way. He took care of documentation, safety aspects and much more. We are very happy to have our pet here. Safety is important for us, he was committed through out the process . He understood our love towards our pet and guided us through the process. We are thankful to him. We strongly recommend Ostrich shipping for all pet owners who wish to carry their pet abroad.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank Ostrich Shipping Services (Mr. Abu) for helping our Family with importing our dearest pet 'Rocky - The German Shepherd - 1.5 Years) puppy to our home in India, Neyveli from US, Texas. Mr. Abu is very cooperative, friendly, knows his business, very patient, easy to work with, and a true professional. He really made the importing side of our pet Rocky very easy and smooth as promised and his guidance towards the exporting side was very helpful. Also, his professionalism, attitude, down to earth approach towards coordinating with the US Exporting Agents (Shippers) and Customers are really very impressive. Our whole family is filled with Joy and never thought importing pet is this easy (I can't imagine how could have we achieved this without Mr. Abu). Well, You have a pet?, want to ship him anywhere in the world?, just put in your mind this one name, Mr. Abu (Ostrich Shipping Services) and then just lay back and relax, your job is done for sure. I cannot thank Mr. Abu enough for the happiness he brought to the faces our kids and our Rocky, when they again met in Chennai Airport. Thank you Mr. Abu for bringing our Rocky home.

Very fast and good service my pet safely reached from KL to Chennai

Anna, thank you so much. Without you it's would be impossible to import my dogs from a Eastern European country, belarus to india (first time dogs imported from Belarus to Chennai ). Thank you anna, thanks a lot.

Experience talks, Abu from Ostrich company, helped with all the paperwork and procedure to transport our pet to US. Thank you very much Abu.

Very professional help all the way from start to finish. Mr.Abu Baker took extra efforts in accommodating our request for multiple airports. He has very good knowledge and experience in handling the pet handling in air travel. Strongly recommend him for any Pet moving services. Thanks

Ostrich services was a life saver. We were really worried about how to get our pet rabbit from India during the lock down period. Ostrich services saw through the entire procedure and ensured the same. Mr. Abubacker is a thorough professional and helped us through.

I had to move my pet cat from France to Chennai permanently and took their services. They were professional, kind and very helpful. They helped me from the start to end, with all the information and documents required from India as well as France to obtain the NOC from India. Aboo Backer, was very kind and was always available if I had any questions. Especially since I was traveling in lockdown, he ensured that I faced no issues once I reached the airport, and helped me with the required documents. I recommend them a 100%.

I shipped my two rescued and adopted Indian mongrels from India to Finland in May 2021 and we recieved all the help and support we needed to complete the Journey successfully. All documents were taken care of even during lockdown. Grateful and will surely recommend. Thank you 🙏🏼

I was not even in the country to monitor things which made me very anxious but Abu from ostrich shipping made it super hassle-free and got everything done efficiently. Highly recommend.

Extremely happy with the service. Mr Aboobacker 'kindness and timely help is highly appreciated. He was always ready to guide us patiently. We were able to relocate our cat without any hassle.Thank you!!😻

The best pet relocating agency I have come across right from the onset it was a decision made right after my first call with Mr Abu to engage their services to move our little boy from SFO to MAA
He listened patiently and answered our doubts at various levels
Our little boy was picked up from SFO and handed over safely in Chennai to us without any trouble Mr Abu knows his job well and kept his timings
Thanks once again in bringing our boy safe

After reading very good reviews I decided to proceed with ostrich shipping service to get some help with preparing the necessary documents to bring my dog from EU to india.
From they beginning they advised all procedures and needed forms in advance. I bought my dog along with me as excess baggage and they sorted out all issues and prepared and gave the documents on time before my flight.
They were even flexible with the payments and only received payment after giving the needed documents as after I bought my dog to india.
Highly recommend ostrich shipping service. Extremely satisfied with the service.

We moved to Dubai in October 2020 and were looking for options to move our pet persian cat, Leo, from Bangalore to Dubai. We adopted our cat 7.5 years back when he was a kitten and he had never been exposed to outsiders other than family members. We were extremely stressed as there were additional mandates introduced due to COVID-19 situation. Leo had to undergo a mandatory 14 day quarantine in Chennai. We got in touch with Ostrich shipping services for the export formalities including the quarantine support. Mr. Aboobacker and his team did an excellent job in keeping us updated throughout the process, constantly reassuring stressed pet parents and providing the best care and support to our pet. Leo was taken care as their own and was handled with extreme care while he was being transported from Bangalore to Chennai. I would specially appreciate the team for constantly following up with us and checking on his safe arrival even after completing all the export formalities (the import formalities were done by another company), which clearly highlights their passion for animals and pets. I would highly recommend Ostrich shipping services for relocating your pets globally who would not just ship your pet but will ensure to offer a stress-free relocation both for the pet and pet parents. Commendable job by the entire team of Ostrich Shipping Services.

I had a very comfortable experience without and Huss and fuss. Affordable will take of every thing you needed for you pet relocation. I Highly recommend Mr. Aboobacker

Excellent service, everything done as promised on schedule.

Mr. Aboo was so helpful and reassured us throughout the process. He was always available by call and made sure he gave us timely updates about our pet dog. Even when we came across some difficulties due to travel regulations he helped us resolve them smoothly. Due to COVID our dog had to travel alone and we were constantly worried. The minute she landed Mr. Aboo sent us a picture of her safe arrival and it made us feel so relieved! Very grateful to Ostrich Shipping Services.

Found the services via Google search. I had a good experience of working with Mr. Aboo for transporting my two cats during this pandemic time from Chennai to USA at the last minute. Mr. Aboo had gotten the job done despite few obstacles with unavailability of cargo space. I highly recommend anyone to use his services.

Our 6 year old Beagle reached us from Chennai to Houston, Texas (during this pandemic) and I'd like to tell you here about how much Mr.Aboo had made sure for him to have a smooth and safe flight...
We had initially got in touch with another agency but they were very unprofessional from the beginning and after 2 months in the process, they backed off towards the end of it. We were in a state of panick as we were coordinating everything by Emails from Houston! That is when I came across Ostrich Pet relocations in Chennai through Google. I reached out to Mr.Aboo and in very short notice, he took up the whole responsibility from scratch, keeping us on the loop and informing every little detail to us during the process. He not only did a great job in the relocation process but also showed genuine concerns for my dog. Agencies usually tend to drown into the commercial side of the business by failing to pay attention to the dog and its emotional needs. I'd say, Mr.Aboo in this case, did a heartfelt service for us. 😊
He has thorough knowledge on pet relocation and you can see it when he gets the paper work and the process in order and ease without any hurdles....
He kept us well informed as to how to go about picking him up from the destination too... We were not left with any doubts at any point in time.

We really appreciate the care and professionalism shown with regard to us. He had great work ethics and understood how it is important to be transparent during this whole phase...
Thank you, Mr.Aboo. We are rejoicing Toffee's return and you made it happen for us to re-unite. Your work ethics is commendable! We appreciate all your hard work and efforts.... and most of all for keeping up with our trust. 🙏

I wish you all the best. Your sincere and genuine service will bring you great luck!

THANK YOU for everything. 🙏
