There was a delay in the manufacturing process, as the stone cutting machine was broken. This did take a while to get repaired, and did impact the delivery time. I felt like I was having to chase up info regarding the delay. That being said, every time I spoke with Jeanette at customer service, she was really helpful & courteous, hence 5* .The vanity and bath panels are of the highest quality. The delivered items were so well packaged, and the chap delivered them right to my door. I could not be happier now they are in situ. They have been beautifully made. I would recommend this company.

This is a confident 5 star review! We could not recommend Osprey more, not only for their craftsmenship and execution, but equally for their customer service. We had a slight issue with one of the drawers and it was resolved smoothly and swiftly! Every interraction was a pleasure, and they were extremely accomodating. Ultimatelly, WE ARE COMPLETELY BLOWN AWAY with the SOLID OAK VANITY and we are already thinking of a another bespoke project for Osprey, Kinga and the team to assist us with!

What a beautiful, well-made, solid vanity unit! We chose the width, the number of drawers, the sink, the tap and the Farrow and Ball colour. As an extra we chose dovetail joints on the oak drawers which adds to the superb quality. Very happy customers!

What a great service. Nothing was too much trouble and I must’ve driven them mad with all my questions, but Kinga always responded and the result has been the most beautiful oak vanity unit. Made to fit a sink I supplied and it is a perfect match!
The bathroom company who supplied my other fittings loved it so much they took the company details as they had nothing close to the quality in their showroom!!

Delighted with our custom vanity & toilet units from Osprey Furniture.

We needed something slightly narrower for our small utility / cloakroom (to access washing machine on opposite wall) and with a longer counter-top to enable us to fit and box some unsightly pipe work that couldn’t be moved.

Everything was seamless from our first enquiry through to discussing options, order, with delivery also earlier than anticipated.

The units are high quality & much more interesting than ‘standard’ white units or similar, providing a classic yet modern look in our cottage.

Really pleased with our bespoke bathroom vanity. It was slightly delayed and took over the 6 weeks advised on their website, but I received an email explaining why and so completely understand that these things happen. The vanity looks exactly how described on the website and it was really easy to pick the options we wanted. We also got a picture of our finished vanity before they confirmed delivery so it was nice to see it to make sure we were happy first before they arranged delivery. Thanks so much!

We purchased the Norton Chest Reeded Oak Vanity Unit and couldn't be happier. It's beautiful, well made and great quality. A really lovely piece for our new bathroom.

Recently ordered the Oak Norton vanity! I am in absolutely love with the item! The customer service was great too, I called a few times as had seen a insta advert and wanted the exact detail! The person on the phone was super helpful. Once ready for delivery it was super quick, so quick I couldn’t except delivery due to work commitments, I called and they adapted my delivery. I would recommend.

I’d honestly have loved to have given this company a good review but sadly due to their own service it’s quite the opposite. I ordered a unit in March & paid £185 for fast track delivery which I was told would be 2-3 weeks. Over 3 weeks later I’m asking them where my order is which they said would be delivered the following week. However, it took just over 6 weeks for it to arrive, not 2-3 weeks like they told me & I paid a premium for.

I have since asked for a refund for the fast track delivery it is quite a substantial amount of money, of which they agreed it should be refunded. It’s been 6 weeks & I have chased & chased them for my money back with absolutely no response now at all for the last 2 weeks. They’ve just stopped responding to me after asking for my bank details & telling me they would transfer me the money. It’s absolutely appalling & apart from the fact my unit is nice, I wouldn’t touch them with a barge pole.

I ordered door handles from Osprey to be fitted to existing cupboards. They are very good quality and came as per photo on site. The only feedback I have would be on communications and shipping where there were no further notifications on item shipped after order was received. That would've been helpful as most orders for furniture are details as 6-8weeks, the door handles were in stock but received the same blanket notice. I would buy from Osprey again.

I recently purchased an oak vanity unit from Osprey, before purchasing I shopped around, they were very competitively priced. The quality of the unit is fantastic, the craftsmanship is outstanding. When I called the company before purchasing, they were super helpful with the questions I had. I would definitely recommend them.

Very happy with the quality of the vanity. Was hard to source something of this quality that was not bespoke in Ireland, but they were able to arrange delivery to Ireland, removed the UK vat and I paid Irish vat upon delivery.
Customer service was good overall, did take a while to get a few replies after buying when most of the replies were quick before buying. But they did get back eventually.
Overall definitely happy to recommend from my experience.

I purchased a beautiful vanity unit from them last year and have just received a bespoke made cupboard for our bathroom to match. The quality is really high and both items look amazing. Kinga has also been really helpful - no issues with deliveries either, both items arrived quickly, mush faster than expected. Would definitely recommend

Lovely vanity unit. I took a while to decide what to get and found Kinga really responsive and helpful. We paid for quicker delivery and the unit came within the agreed timescale. I also bought a matching countertop basin and am very pleased with it. The colour, Studio Green, is almost a greeny black. I really like that Osprey use Farrow and Ball colours. I feel like the vanity unit has added to a stylish new bathroom and would really recommend Osprey and their customer service. Thank you!

Brilliant experience with Osprey Furniture. I needed the vanity unit in short time due to renovation timescale, so chose the collection option. Unit was ready in under 4 weeks and a phone call received advising ready to pick up. On collection, the guys were extremely helpful and friendly, asking us to inspect the unit and then they wrapped and loaded it for us. The unit itself is high quality and looks stunning! Highly recommended.!

Overall excellent experience - from the order, which was not straightforward from my side, Kinga was super supportive from helping me chose the sink, sending me wood samples and informing me on the delivery date. I ordered two vanity units, one of each had to be custom made due to size and Kinga was incredibly helpful to ensure the sizing and materials were just right. Items arrived in perfect condition and are just so beautiful, one can spot the craftsmanship, the units are robust and just perfect.
