I purchased two blinds from this company via B&Q. When I received them one had a dent in the pole. I cannot thank Chhavi Saxena Customer Support Associate enough for all the help given to me. Nothing was too much trouble and I received a new pole. Initially I couldnt get the blind off the old pole! That's me showing my age but I was offered a replacement and they kept in touch all the time to see what I needed.
Finally, a friend came round who obviously knew what he was doing and managed to get the blind off the damaged pole and onto the new one! I'm so pleased with the quality of the blind and the ease of fitting it to the wall. Thank you again Cchavi for all your help. 💯 customer service.

Very disappointing experience and extremely poor customer service. I would not recommend this seller.
My blind was originally shown as arriving between 30 September and 1 October. When it didn’t arrive and I contacted the seller, I was told that digitally printed blinds take 5–7 working days to produce and that I would receive tracking information once it had been dispatched.
I then received a completely different explanation saying that my blind had been damaged during the dispatch process and that they had refunded me.
How could I have known it was dispatched when I never received a dispatch notification or any tracking information at all? I only found out there was supposedly a problem because I kept chasing them.
To make matters worse, I was then unable to reply to their email to ask for an explanation.
The communication throughout was extremely poor, the explanations were contradictory, and I wasted my time waiting for an order that was never delivered. Based on my experience, I would advise other customers to think carefully before ordering, especially if they need their order by a particular date.

I ordered an item and it arrived in time but wasn’t the one I needed so I asked to return it and they arranged for the return and refund timely and swiftly.

Ordered blinds, to later be emailed saying I'm getting a refund due to a glitch in the system and that I should of paid more!! They sent the blinds although I am being refunded and now expect me to send them back. Absolutely appalling customer service. Poor trading standards! Do not use them.

Lovely blind, delivered quickly and easy to fit.

Online order process was easy and straightforward. But on delivery we found the blinds were not the colour that we ordered. Customer service were great and sent a replacement. The replacement arrived but this time not only was the colour still wrong but also the wrong length and the wrong quantity. In the end they refunded us and suggested we make a new order. So all round a load of energy expended for no progress. We didn’t place another order. When reading the reviews of this company it’s hard to believe they’ve managed to stay in business for 150 years like to says on their website.

Unfortunately cannot leave a zero star review. Poor experience from the start. Had to chase the order as no update/delivery. Said lost in transit but no shipping info and suspect never sent. Second attempt did arrive. Wrong colour, virtually no protective packaging and damaged. Extremely poor quality fabric not at all suitable as a blind. Fabric completely off centre on the pole. Returned and they have not refunded shipping so out of pocket with nothing but hassle to show for it. Avoid at all costs.

Oh dear! Should have read Trustpilot reviews - same old story. Lost in transit - reordered as requested - reorder not possible - awaiting refund while invited to reorder. Waiting for refund but not too hopeful according to other experiences.
On the other hand the reviews on company website are very positive.

Not sure why they bother selling items they have no intention to supply. I made two orders over two weeks, both were simply ignored until I emailed them, to which I received the same identical email both times and an immediate refund.

Complete time wasters.

I wish I’d seen these reviews. Since Oct 20 I ordered and paid for 2 blinds. First one told not in stock, so ordered a longer one, refund took ages, then item lost in transit, then a second one was meant to be refunded (why not just send a replacement) these guys must be drop shipping- they don’t know where the stock is. It’s a shame because I’d taken a while to pick the item which would have really finished off the room nicely. Will go elsewhere now, taken far too much time and hassle to get NOTHING

Ordered 2 blinds 09/10, received these 17/10, quality not grest but ok.
Ordered another blind through Amazon on 13/10, told this was delivered 17/10 but no blind received.
No help from LC feel let down and £56 out of pocket

I orderd 2 blinds made to messure from amazon from lister & cartwright thinking they were a reputable company, on the 5th October cost me over £100, never got them im now having to chase around trying to sort it all out, they said they were sent out but used royal mail for one and evri for the other one , why i don't know, im still waiting with no blinds at all disgusting I can't afford to lose this money im just hoping amazon will refund me but its a waiting game for me now

Terrible company, I don't actually know if they are real or fake. They didn't deliver my pillow and didn't refund it either. Got PayPal involved and they refunded it immediately.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY TOTAL RIP OFF.

Awful customer services, buy from elsewhere. first set of blinds arrived damaged, second set took weeks to arrive despite paying for fast shipping. Refused to refund, the customer services phone line is never answered and the emails just give us the run around.

Avoid, seem like a really bizarre set up. Paid for a a blind to be cut to a custom size, didn’t hear anything for over a week, emailed to be told it had got wet in transit 🤣, they sent blind out but had bothered to cut to size. Now be awkward about return. I would not recommend going anywhere near this crowd!

Ordered from Lister Cartwright directly, brilliant service, arrived in 3 days, and the colours on the website are an excellent representation, as you see when you open the package. I ordered initially from Amazon, it got lost in the post, emailed Lister Cartwright, and they replaced my roller blind. Excellent service, highly recommend.

Blinds are reasonable quality for the price. However, BEWARE they are not to dimensions advertised. The actual ones suppled are 87cm NOT 90cm wide. So come out at approx. 93cm over brackets.
Disappointing if you are fitting into recess.

I would avoid this company at all costs. No accountability from their side, as I have received a completely different curtain pole ring to the one shown on their website The website shows and states a curtain pole ring with a loop and plastic insert. I have received a ring with no insert and metal clips which attach to the top of the curtain. So far I have been unsuccessful in trying to claim a refund, I have been advised to "just remove the clip" which would leave me with just a curtain ring. Comedy gold.
I'm awaiting a final response before contacting trading standards.

Avoid this unprofessional company like the Plague!
