Levering duurt ook heel lang.
Klantenservice reageert op geen enkel bericht. Als je iets retour moet sturen, op eigen kosten en onduidelijk hie het gaat. Laat staan of je jouw geld terugkrijgt.

Buonasera, ho già fatto una recensione, pochi giorni fa, che avevo aggiornato perché mi era pervenuto il pacco del primo acquisto fatto su Ortorex e non era, così tutto negativo...ma adesso che è arrivato anche il secondo pacco devo purtroppo riconfermare la prima brutta opinione che avevo avuto nei confronti di quella ditta : materiale andante di scarsissima qualità perciò non fatevi ingannare dagli sconti a tempo e dalle belle illustrazioni dei loro prodotti, è tutta un'illusione per far abboccare i poveri potenziali acquirenti che purtroppo ignorano tutto questo!!!!...io non acquisterò mai più niente da Ortorex, per me è cancellata!!!!!!...

One star is even too much. Horrible horrible company. Don’t bother ordering from them waste of time and money. Shipping times stated on the website is a lie. Items come from china and take forever to arrive waiting 2 weeks plus now for my order. Given up on seeing it honestly save your time money and sanity and shop somewhere else

Son unos estafadores te cobran por unos zapatos 40€ y luego lo miras y son de AliExpress y cuestan 9€ intentas hacer la devolución y te cobran 25€ de gastos de envío y encima a Croacia vaya timadores no compren

Les hice un pedido y no me lo enviaron y tampoco me devuelven el dinero , les escribo por msj y contestan que en breves se pondrán en contacto ya llevan mes y medio sin resolverme qué tipo de empresa es esta o son estafadores

Purchased for my mum who is 85. She has diabetes and swollen feet/ legs. Measured her feet. Went up a size as advised. Delivered to my address so she could try them on in my house. Could not walk in them. Velcro kept coming open. Within an hour, feet had the pattern off the shoe on her feet. Contacted them multiple times with no reply. They give you 48 hours to ask for refund and returns have to be paid for and not refunded! Scam!!!!! Beware!!!!!

I ordered a pair of trainers which arrived after 2weeks in a plastic envelope, unboxed! Extremely cheap looking trainers for £29.99, nothing like what it looks on their website. A £6.99 trainers from Aldi is by far more solid in terms of quality and looks. They must not be allowed to trade in the UK. I wish I could give them a ZERO star. Bogos deals!

Misleading website, a forward ordering company form AliExpress or Temu selling overpriced cheap tat. Not UK based authentic products. Avoid unless you want to be ripped off, expect 3 week delivery time. J

I was just about to buy a coccyx cushion from this company and all the reviews looked good. Came on here to find that the company has an awful rating and that someone had noticed that when searching for the lower rated reviews it won't let you. Seems like the company isn't as it seems!

Up to now I’ve waited 5 weeks for delivery. In the meantime I’ve ordered elsewhere. I’ve been going back and forward and now they say if I don’t receive item in 60 days they will give a full refund ( they have partial refunded). It won’t turn up. I would give 0 stars if I could but they do respond in a friendly manner but resolve nothing. Never again would I buy from these.

The quality of the digital measure is very poor, brittle plastic, insubstantial and with a loose fitting battery case which would be dangerous around children as battery could easily fall out. I have asked how to return item as no packing slip was enclosed. Will wait to hear.

Cheap Chinese shoes labeled as Fashion. Advertised as genuine leather, in reality synthetic.
Advertised on a Uk site, in case of return the item needs to be sent back to Poland.

Awful company shoddy goods, stay away at all costs.I purchased metatarsal pads which fell apart after 3 or 4 times..not fit for purpose and told I can only return or replace them if not worn! This company should be shut down...

I get very angry at these sham companies setting out their terms and conditions with no regard to the regulations here in the UK. They think they're being clever using a UK web address but because they do they have to abide by the UK consumer rules and they don't. I am reporting them to Trading Standards and I suggest you do the same. Also read the Consumer Contracts Regulations, they'll tell you you shouldn't have to write to a company in order to return an item and that you have 14 days after delivery to cancel an order. Ortorex say you can't cancel after 24 hours and certainly not when it's being processed. Wrong on both accounts. I've noticed that none of the 1-star reviews receive a reply from Ortorex like decent companies would. Their 5-star reviews on their website are fake, they all say the same thing but in different words and no date. Those reviews could be 10-years old!

Luckily I read the reviews before ordering. I was browsing the reviews on the Ortorex website and noticed that despite searching for lowest rated reviews in the drop down menu, it brought up the same highest rated reviews as before .. despite advertising a couple of 3 star reviews in the initial product page!

I suspect all the reviews are fake anyway..

I add my negative experience to the many that have already posted. This is a nasty Chinese company pretending to be based in Ireland thereby attempting to give them credibility. I had a failed delivery, almost certainly a scam, and then a message saying I had to pay additional charges for re-delivery (which is illegal under the distance selling regulations) I never received the goods and they refused point blank to refund citing 'I agreed to this when I placed my order' (again illegal in the UK) this company joins the many Chinese based criminal operations taking advantage of trusting Brits. I now won't knowingly buy anything made or supplied by China... ever. I recommend you do the same, and in any event don't not let these Ortorex theives steal from you.

i purchased a pair of shoes using their size guide, but the shoes were a bit tight, i asked for a replacement size, only to be told they do not replace items, but i could keep the item if i accepted a forty percent refund,or return the item at my own cost if i want a refund, they were eager to say that postal charges are quite costly, as a deterrent i think. i pointed out that if i return the shoes, then buy a pair a size up, that would count as a replacement. are they stealing to order?

I have ordered insoles for my child due to overpronation. Its said uk and up to 4 days delivery. No issue so far. Then when i got the email shipping its said China. Whaaaat??? Never it said on their website that. It did come in about 2 weeks.

The items itself is not supportive enough and really doesnt look like some of the pictures. As there is slight cushioning i will keep them for my child home shoes.

The positive is that they are barefoot shape, which i wanted and you can cut them to size.

Def not worth 10gbp
