I have only given this company 1 star because I can't give it a 0 rating.
I ordered shoes on Sunday and got a immediate response telling me they were ready to be shipped, but that's as far as it's got.
Numerous attempts to contact customer service with no response.
Will have to write this money off.

I sent for an Electronic Muscle Stimulator with 10pads. It came but had 4pads so I was going to complain to the company. There is no way I can even get onto the website. The website is clouded over, unavailable. Looks to me this company is now totally GONE.

I placed an order with Ortorex on 19 August 2025. By 16 September, the item still hadn’t arrived. I was given tracking details with their courier, Relay, but the status stayed as “out for delivery” without anything ever turning up. After chasing this up, Relay confirmed the parcel had gone missing and emailed both me and Ortorex to confirm.

On 17 September, I requested a refund from Ortorex, as UK law requires a merchant to provide either a replacement or a refund if an item fails to arrive. Despite this, and repeated follow-up, I still haven’t received my refund as of 28 September 2025.

terrible customer service. I ordered my item a month ago and it still hasn't arrived. I needed it for a medical issue and since it never came I bought another one elsewhere. I've emailed multiple times asking for a refund and I keep getting annoying cheesy emails saying they will get back to me. This company is a complete scam with no protection if things go wrong, so I would seriously avoid.

I bought earbuds for side sleepers. They are unusable because of a buzzing sound they make when they're on. When I requested a refund for a faulty product it turned out they want me to pay for the tracked postage to Poland or they can refund me 70% of the price and I can keep the faulty product (which is unusable). Otherwise I'd have to provide video evidence of the earbuds not working to get a full refund. Which is obviously impossible if you do not have a professional equipment to record a sound that can only be heard when the earbuds are in your ear canals. To sum it up - it's a scam to get £10 of you because you'd eventually have to give up and agree on 70% refund or lose the whole £30 you've already paid.

Still no delivery have emailed 10 times to cancel this order every time they reply with same old rubbish they are refusing to refund and cancel the order DO NOT ORDER FROM This Company absolutely disgusting service in every way

Ordered water filter.
Took a few weeks before I had to chase them.They advised that their carrier had changed.Waited another few weeks for it to be delivered after I had to chase.
Received in good cardboard box via Yodel.
No spare replacement cartridges in box.
They advised they do ot supply them !?

bijzonder verdacht systeem en bezorgservice, lijkt bij tracking van je pakket je computer te hacken. Enorme bezorgtijd voordat je steeds dezelfde tekst krijgt dat alles normaal is.

There was no indication of delivery time when I ordered, and the only information I can get is that it is in transit and will be between 8 and 15 days.
I emailed to complain but no reply.
My advice to all is simple, DON’T DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY.

Should have read the reviews, order a bath pillow and took a chance, poor quality item and overpriced for what it is returns are to Poland so not worth sending, never buy from again !

Extremely poor quality: the product started falling apart after only a few uses. In Switzerland, there is a mandatory 2-year warranty, but Ortorex tries to avoid their obligations with misleading excuses.
This is not a serious company – they are selling cheap China-made products at outrageous prices, the same items can easily be found on Temu or AliExpress for a fraction of what Ortorex charges.
Their so-called customer service is useless, unhelpful and clearly trained to ignore complaints.
Feels like a scam operation designed to rip off customers rather than provide any real value.

I’m very happy with the Ortorex Memory Foam Neck Roll Pillow. The product looks exactly as it was presented on the website and the quality is excellent. I can honestly recommend it. Delivery took 12 days from the time of ordering, which is a bit longer compared to locally ordered products, but the price was much better while offering the same quality. Overall, I can sincerely recommend the Ortorex Memory Foam Neck Roll Pillow.

Don’t buy from this company. The description of the fan I bought was not accurate. Refunds are difficult too.

Stay away from the company.... no communication after the order, Chinese bad quality products, very expensive comparing to the quality. do not buy..

This company is a scam. I ordered shoes which I did not like once I tried them on. Emailed them to get return instructions. They asked what was wrong with the shoes, I said I didn’t like them. Never heard from them again despite many many emails. They are a scam company selling utterly rubbish products. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

Total rip off, same stuff on the likes of Temu or other chinese sites for a fraction of cost with a faster delivery date. The advert i bought from showed a pair of crutches and wrongly assumed the item was a pair, this should be made clear in advert, plus no mention of the shocking waiting time before item arrived, as i bought from their UK site, item itself is okay.

Absolutely shocking. Took my money and supplied the wrong item. Customer service is not a service - they just keep trying to make me pay for their mistake and do not take responsibility. Wish I’d read reviews beforehand. Do not purchase from them.

Scales arrived eventually and work ok but app needed to use it is full of pop-up ads which makes it undesirable to use.
