SSorry, I bought ‘supposedly’ orthohelp slip ons for work… they were bent out shape ( toe sole facing downward)soles are made of foam ( ugh I feel athletes foot coming on… pound shop vibes) and the over foot is loose and un supportive, my foot all loose in toe area but tight over slip in area. I gave them a go around house, but they slop and my heels hurting.. noisy loose and orrible. Will get some crocs😡

Yet another company pretending to be in the UK and turning out not to be . Then basically holding you to ransom if the item is no good over returns. Offering partial refunds instead of giving a return process. I really need to read the reviews of all companies before ordering in future! Luckily was not too expensive and experience this time 😔

After asking for refund as my order from September is not with me. I have asked fir refund many times and all thay said is this email:

Please note that we’re unable to process a refund/resend request for an item that is still in transit. Once your order arrives we'll contact you ourselves, we're closely monitoring your parcel, don't worry!

Awful, Scam, cheap faulty product, lied about postage, arrived so late I did not need it, keep emailing me saying they are working on it. How hard is it to refund? A month and counting...Do not buy from rhem

Order was made in September for a pair of bike gloves. Website says Ortorex UK? after so many emails no delivery 2 months later. The company is a scam, not based UK, once they have your money that’s it. Do yourself a favor and forget this awful company you can get items cheaper on eBay with at least with payment protection.

Please please don’t fall in a trap like me and order with this company. Never received anything, you email and no one reply’s back, luckily I had paid with my credit card and dispute the transaction but it is a big scam. I think someone should close this company and make them pay fines . Please don’t order .

I placed an order and the cost was debited from my bank account. Several hours later I realised I'd ordered the wrong thing so emailed asking to cancel my order. Within a couple of hours I received an email saying the order was cancelled and the money was back in my account. Very impressive customer service!

The order never arrived and I lost about 100 euro.

My money were never refunded!

I only got 1 single email from them telling me to wait for my order. This happened more than 3 months ago.

What a terrible company to deal with. I ordered a pillow which was to be delivered to my father’s house using the same address method for all deliveries (Amazon, DPD, Evri, Royal Mail etc) with no issues. Was told they couldn’t deliver it, was offered a collection but was sent back straight away. Now been told it’s all my fault, no refund and I will have to pay another £8 to get it delivered again. Keep getting same old bulls@t emails……don’t waste your time or money with them……useless

Said UK but it is China....took 3 weeks to arrive.

Don’t bother, cheap tat. Nothing like photos. Terrible communication. Can only assume reviews on web pages are fake.
Ordered face mask with adjustable heat, timer and led display. None of that. Not safe to use as no control over temp.

I ordered foot masks in August, but never received them. The tracking number showed the package was delivered about 250 miles away from my address. The seller told me to find out where the item went on my own and later claimed the package would be returned to them — but that I’d have to pay for shipping again if I wanted to receive it. I do not recommend this website. Be cautious — it appears to be a scam.

This company it saying it is uk but its in Poland? They sent me the wrong item and are saying I cannot have a refund and I have to send back to Poland? I am a pensioner and the service is appalling!!!! It is not my fault they sent the wrong goods!!!!!Buyer be aware!!!!

"Bekroonde klantenservice " reageer op geen ene mail. Nog steeds geen enkele reactie. Stuur elke dag een mail. Erg dat dit bedrijf mag blijven bestaan

Item still in transit 5 weeks after ordering. Asked for a refund to get a generic email back saying they will chase up with courier. Still no item recieved. Only put 1 star as 0 stars are no option. May I add as a side note coincidentally my bank card was cloned during this time. Or not a coincidence? Just avoid please, item was cheaper on wowcher anyway and 🤬🤬🤬🤬

sells inferior products they are cheap Chinese rubbish, They are not based in the UK to return an item postage to POLAND is paid by you , so £30 in the bin for a rubbish pair of orthopaedic shoes for my elderly father...
avoid at all costs 😡 !!

I thought I was ordering a professional product, not some China product I could have got on amazon.

Feeling scammed.
