Returned my item twice because it flagged my address as “invalid” even though I literally live there and have had numerous packages successfully delivered. When I asked for support on this I received zero assistance. There was no phone number to actually talk to a real person, only an email. This is a tactic these companies use so that they can avoid complaints and taking accountability as much as possible- an email makes it easier for them to ignore their customers. I was told to “use another address”… most people don’t have a second address??? This is where I live?? I then asked for a refund, after my item got returned a second time, and it took twice or three times of asking for them to finally do it. I ordered this item and didn’t get it resolved until over 3 weeks after the fact. It was a gift for someone for a special occasion that had passed LONG ago by the time I finally got the refund.

I bought the Ordo Lite Sonic Toothbrush and was pleased with the product. It lasted a long time between charges and used a USB C charging cable.
When it stopped charging, I contacted Ordo through the Amazon and they replaced with new.
Very happy with the service 👍

I bought a rechargeable kids brush. The brush itself is great and the battery lasts a long time. However, you can't buy the small head it comes with it separately. You have to get a larger head to replace it when it wears out. This seems like a fail to me, and the larger head is a bit awkward for my child.
The replaceable head only comes in one colour as well, so it's hard for children to share a brush as the heads all look the same.
Overall, it has a lot of potential, but fails in the details.

The power can be controlled over 3 settings. That's good. What isn't is the positioning of the buttons, and the STAY ON button can easily be pressed instead ON button (which requires you to continue pressing). This results in water continuing to gush when you were expecting it to stop.

Great customer service when we had an issue.

Needed a rechargeable toothbrush for travel this is ideal it took a few days to get use to the brush head but very happy with the toothbrush teeth feel nice and clean

The toothbrush head advertised as a replacement for ou battery operated kids sonic squishmallow does NOT fit the brush. Absolute bad mapping on the website and waste of time. Please do better.

Definitely high quality hardware and service, really well made water flosser. Had a kind of apple like experience of unboxing which was a nice surprise.

I have bought 2 Ordo bundles as a gift. One of the waterflosser didn't work. I have contacted Ordo, they acted very quick and offered me replacement.
I am giving for starts because I had to pay for the return parcel which cost me £12.
The rest wasn't great, quick and smooth. In general I am quite happy with the products.

Love this toothbrush! I used to have a round brush head but I find this shape and the way it cleans is much more effective. Really well balanced grip and 4 settings which I actually use!
