Tom is incredible!

I have already recommended him to friends who are thinking of getting mortgages. He was patient when I had a million questions, was always quick with responding and gave thorough and detailed information. He made the house buying process so much easier, and took away the stress. Can't recommend him and his team enough.

It was an absolute pleasure working with Tom and Megan and we are ever so grateful to have Tom as our advisor. We’ve been through a lot of chaos ever since we started the mortgage process, but Tom was always there to help us out. He is very knowledgeable, easy to communicate with, very quick in responding (even during weekends!) and so very understanding and kind! He's been our rock throughout the process! Thanks Tom! To say we're over the moon is an understatement. Option Finance have been fantastic. Tim, our mortgage specialist was brilliant. From start to finish everything went so smooth it was hard to belive what we were actually doing, he took the stress out of everything. With the remortgage and consolidating a couple of loans he saved us over £800 a month which was unbelievable. We can't thank them enough and highly recommended them for all your mortgage needs.

Where do I start…

My girlfriend and I had poor credit and worried we wouldn’t get the house we loved. We found Option Finance through Google and spoke to Tom.

Not only was Tom incredibly understanding and empathetic towards us and our situation, he was super proactive in finding the best offer for us.

Once he found us an offer, he then worked and worked to find us and even better offer! After worrying we wouldn’t get a mortgage, he ended up finding us one of the best, most competitive rates!

He then continued to help us every step of the way in explaining what we do next (since we were first time buyers). He found my girlfriend a better rate on her income protection, and suggested better life insurance policies which was unexpected but amazing, again.

He also persevered with our case when we hit a stumbling block with our solicitors, and did so much we can’t thank him enough.

Tom is world class, legend!

Laura and Megan provide exceptional customer service at all times and never failed to respond swiftly to any questions we had. We can thoroughly recommend Option Finance to anyone who may have had difficulty obtaining a mortgage in the past. Well done and keep up the Excellent work!

Tom has been brilliant from the start - We had a situation unusual enough that the main brokers wouldn't touch us (joint mortgage of 4 people, one ex bankrupt, one with zero credit history, one low earner and one near retirement age).
Tom was unphased and secured us a mortgage through Barclays at an extremely good rate.
We can't recommend him enough.

In the past I have not had the best credit rating. When I contacted Tom Woodhall, he made me feel relaxed and reassured me that he would do his best to secure a mortgage to purchase a property. The customer service from his team is 5 star rating without a doubt.. There is a cost for the service but the price is reasonable and I would say worth every penny. From beginning to end he was in continuous communication. Also secured a mortgage at a very good rate. He has access to numerous amounts of leaders. An excellent all round experience

We found Laura when I was at rock bottom and she has literally saved us! We had already been to two other brokers, who had promised us they knew the lender for us, and after 3 months of stress and knock backs, Laura was literally our last chance. And she shone!! She was SO lovely. Arranged calls at times suitable for me- outside of normal office hours. Explained everything in detail that I could understand and was completely honest and open in that she would not put in an application unless it was pretty certain it would go through. She made sure the stumbling blocks we'd experienced previously would not be a problem with other lenders and found a suitable lender for us, with our unique circumstances. She was there every step of the way to reassure me and my worries and I would not hesitate in recommending Laura in the future. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

Fantastic Service

Many thanks to Tom and Megan for the fantastic service I received. I never thought it would be possible to obtain a mortgage. However, Tom really exceeded my expectations - particularly with moving goalposts - during the course of searching for a new property - I became ineligible for some of the funding. I was kept informed at all stages of what my options were - what was not feasible and why. My insurance was arranged speedily. I could not have had better service - particularly when other parties seemed unable to complete their actions, Tom supported and assisted. Many thanks to both Tom and Megan - I am now the proud owner of a property😀😀

I only thought these things happened to other people! We really wanted to clear some bills and do some much needed home improvements, but with not the greatest credit history, this was almost impossible with high street lenders. Amazing service from start to finish from Laura at Option Finance. Not only was Laura's customer service second to none through the entire process, but she also managed to save me and my partner over £150 per month on the mortgage we had been quoted from another adviser as the interest rate she got us was so much better! She used her expert knowledge of the market to approach a suitable lender and although it was a lengthy process (due to the pandemic and high demand lenders are facing) she managed to secure the mortgage for us with no issues at all! She was available constantly by phone, text or email whenever I had a question and always calmed me when I was having a panic! Megan was also fab, diligent and on the ball throughout the whole thing. I would definitely recommend Laura and Megan. After our mortgage they also helped us with our life cover and other insurance needs, with absolutely no obligation but the quotes they obtained were very competitive and within our required budgets. They have made what is a really stressful process much more easy and worry-free for my partner and I! Thank you so much ☺ we'll be back when it's time to remortgage!

I have received an excellent service from Laura at Option Finance. I had been refused a mortgage prior to contacting her and she handled my disappointment and embarrassment with such sensitivity. She kept me informed at every step and got me a mortgage on her first application. Couldn’t recommend her highly enough

My sister and I contacted option finance after a Google search which lead us to them.
We spoke to Veronica who initially took all of the information she required and set up a WhatsApp group for us, which was a good start, letting us know she will be in contact in 2 days time. We set a time to have a conference call, and Veronica then rescheduled to speak later that day which was fine by us. Veronica then messaged later that day explaining she was awaiting a response from the lender so if we could speak the following day instead, which again was fine by us.
The following day I messaged and received absolutely no response, this was 23rd April 2021, and never heard back from her again.
We've since found and used an excellent broker.
In my opinion this reflects the company in a bad way, and even if Veronica was overloaded with work and needed more time, or could not fulfil the job for us, a simple message or call explaining would be the least you'd expect. I'd personally not recommend this company because of this.

Option finance is one of the best broker finance company.
Once decline they have dealt professionaly and smoothly Davi Megan respond promptly I 100 percent recomend them.
