It’s a scam site
It’s a scam site. Avoid like the plague.
They offer a relatively low cost service with an option to cancel but then don’t recognise the cancellation. They then charge you £59.99 for a subscription.
They then lock you out of your account by disabling the reset password option so you can’t then make any changes.
They also ignore any correspondence by email to resolve the issue.
Currently negotiating with my bank to have the charges returned. Time and money stolen.

SCAM – $1 trial turned into $99 theft, no refund
I paid $1 for a 3-day trial. After 3 days, EpicVin charged my card $99 without my permission. I never agreed to a $99 subscription.
When I asked for a refund, they refused and offered only a $99 credit to my account instead of my money back.
This is a deceptive scheme. Hidden auto-renewal terms. No clear warning before charging.
I am a student. I need my money back. DO NOT trust this company with your card.

Scam! They give you generic reports, and hide the real cost by telling you get your report for £1! They sign you up for a trial and after 3 days they will charge you £60! Do not trust them.

£1 “trial” that quietly turns into £49…
£1 “trial” that quietly turns into £49 a month for the exact same information. No clear warning, no reminder — just a charge.
They hide it in the T&Cs and make it easy to miss, clearly hoping people won’t notice. You only find the subscription buried in their clunky portal.
£49 for repeated access to static data is ridiculous. Misleading and not worth it. Avoid.
