My order, which was scheduled for delivery on Thursday, 22/01/2026, has still not reached me. I would like to highlight the issues I have faced so far:
Thursday:
I was informed that the courier could not deliver my order as “no one was present.” This is incorrect. I live in a student accommodation with a 24/7 reception, and no delivery attempt was made. I also did not receive any call from the delivery agent. I was then notified that my parcel had been redirected to a collection point nearly 50 minutes away from my address. After calling customer support, I was told the parcel would be redelivered on Monday.
Monday:
I waited for the parcel, but instead received another notification asking me to collect it. When I contacted customer support, the call was disconnected after a long wait. I called again, and after another delay I was informed that the delivery driver had not picked up my parcel for redelivery on Monday. I was assured the matter would be escalated and the parcel would arrive on Tuesday (27/01/2026). However, today I received the same collection email once again after which i called the courier again and they said the goods are now being returned to sender.

I tried Optimum nutritions help desk number but the automated voice told me that they have suspended calls and i should email them. I have sent but 2 emails and i have not gotten any response on their end whatsoever.

This experience has caused significant inconvenience and highlights major issues with communication, delivery accuracy, and customer support. I request that this matter be investigated urgently and that my parcel be delivered to my address as originally scheduled.

nice product of a good quality, far too expensive for what it is though and alternatives are about of similar quality for a lower cost.

Always arrives quickly. Large selection of quality supplements.

Parcel still in Birmingham. Have asked for a refund for a week. Customer service now just ignoring me. Don’t want the product anymore. Shocking service.

I have not received my order.
A glitch in the system meant it was delivered to the wrong address (a previous address) however my PayPal whicbinised to pay has only got my new address so not sure how their system picked that up and now I am down a large sum of money £64 with no product to show for it.
So sadly not great.
For reference Apparently this is still being investigated but I ordered on the 29th December.

Delivered next day, and always the best quality.
More expensive than the rest but its so good. Never causes issues with my stomach, and mixes so easily.

Delivery was very quick. I bought it in the black friday sale so decent value for Money.
I went with 2 different chocolate options. Previously I had the vanilla ice cream flavour which I found sickly sweet after a few weeks.
I'd like to try other flavours but I'm commitment shy.

I don’t usually leave reviews. However, from someone who has constant gut issues, this is the only whey I’ve found (so far) which is the easiest on my stomach. Even whey isolate from USN etc hits my stomach worse than ON whey, which I wouldn’t expect due to having less lactose. Mixes perfect, banana is my favourite flavour. Little expensive but can always find discounts etc.

I must said this product i strongly recommend every week i need to make a new hole to my belt , i loosing my belly, feeling full , give strenght in the gym , absolutely 10/10 and before my protein and pum is finish i will order new one , also delivery take only 2 day no drama and you can track

Great flavour, mixes well without leaving any lumps like some other brands.
I find that going a little bit bigger on the scoop size adds to the consistency and flavour.
Morning after a heavy session and taking the drink has made a big difference, no more aches & pains.
Would recommend over other brands.

Excellent service and good pricing online direct compared to Amazon/Boots etc. Taste was excellent (according to my son) and it mixes well. Quick delivery too.

I have been using Amino 2222 Superior for the last several years and it lives by its name! It is Superior to any other Amino Acids product i have used before.

Update : Optimum Nutrition has now responded and issued a refund. However, this response came after nearly a month of silence and only after the issue was escalated publicly.
While the refund resolves the payment, the delay in addressing a food quality and safety concern is disappointing. Customers should not have to rely on public reviews to receive basic support or clarification about whether a product is safe to consume.

I ordered Protein Isolate directly from Optimum Nutrition website uk (Order #ON272682). The product I received had visible lumps, which immediately raised concerns about moisture exposure and product safety.
I contacted customer support and was asked to share photos, which I did promptly. Since then, there has been no response at all, despite multiple follow-up emails over more than a week.
This is not just a service issue — it’s a product safety and quality concern. Until confirmed safe, the product cannot be consumed, and the lack of communication is unacceptable from such a reputed brand.
Very disappointed with the after-sales support. I expected much better accountability and professionalism.

Can't fault the product, nor the service. Prompt delivery and an issue resolved quickly, without fuss and to a level of service that made me take note - in a good way.

Won't hesitate to buy directly from now on. A standout example of customer service and a very happy customer
