Wish I had seen these reviews sooner DO NOT EVEN BOTHER WASTING YOUR MONEY. They will just keep sending you replacement codes and the same issue will keep happening: pen won't charge or connect after a week of having it. This is the third time it's happened to me and I have a feeling they won't be giving me any refund for the original pen I bought AS WELL as the shipping fees for the replacements that didn't work. If I could give them less than one star I would.

If you’re looking for a quality product go with someone else. I just bought a pen from them 2 months ago and it’s already stopped charging and working.

Expensive and never works more than one or two cartridges. Absolutely absurd that I have to buy 3 pens a month only for them to constantly blink, never charge and not work.
Avoid at all cost.

Very poor quality vapes you will be lucky if it works for a few weeks. There are better ones out there for cheaper. I can guarantee you will buy one it will work ok for a few weeks then it won’t charge or won’t hit. The last 3 oozes I have purchased have lasted no more than 3 weeks. Filled out the warranty on the first one months ago and still nothing. There product is cheap and won’t last period

Well to start off if you don’t buy the package protection you’re a cheapskate they’re customer service is 100% amazing I buy with them atleast every 5 months im a very clumsy fellow so sometimes every other month if I don’t mess my own pen up these pens are amazing I received another package today Clear series wasn’t working went emailed them that I wanted a refund not only that but I went on there ooze page and read all about how you can fix your pen if damaged etc. Fred “thank you once again fred” not only did he reply very fast but he also sent a very enjoyable meme Ooze I love you thank you for always having me *BUY THE PACKAGE PROTECTING STOP BEING BROKE*

Package not shipped for days after label created. Usps lost package. I was told by their customer service the following: "Go to the USPS and Sit and file a claim" then told me I should have paid an additional $0.98 for route package protection. ABSOLUTELY THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER EXPERIENCED

the battery i got barley hits and only does like for a few hits then stops hitting again. the other battery i had in the past from ooze also broke really fast. will not be buying again.

Their products are poorly made and they don't work. They know this, which is why they do not accept returns. No returns allowed, only replacement. Trust these reviews and save your money.

The good news is their customer service "blocked me and added a filter to their website so I can't buy from them again" Why on earth would I waste my money twice?

Follow up: They did send me a replacement (no refund like I deserve) and the replacement was DOA. Garbage.

I'm really not sure what all these people are going on about. I got a glycerin bong and works great. It must've gotten weakened in shipping or maybe I tapped it just right moving it from the freezer (I Never had a hard tap on anything). It sprang a leak in the glycerin though and slowly lost all of it. I asked for a new one as I had it only a week and hadn't mishandled it in any form and they obliged. Not only did they oblige but they did so in a timely fashion. Maybe they have a new customer relation person but they are ACES!!!

Terrible!!!! Basically forced into buying my 2nd because that was all that was available. Both pens couldn't even finish off 1 used cart.

2 batteries in the last week and neither will charge. Brand new out of the box and already broken. Don’t waste your money. They should be put out of business.

I guess I got lucky and customer service responded after only a week... but even then to get a replacement that is covered under warranty, they expect you to pay the shipping and handling as well, I guess paying half price for a new one is better than full price
Update... they mailed me a pen that already broke before I got to charge it one time.

Stopped working after 3 charges. Contacted Ooze for warranty, they wanted $8 to ship me a new one (the item only costs $18 and weighs a couple ounces). That would be over half the value of the item itself, so what's the point? I offered to pay $3 of the shipping instead. They declined, incredulous that I wouldn't be happy getting a free (actually it's $8 in shipping) replacement for the $18 junk they sold me. The rep wrote: "We followed the steps of the warranty program that are explicitly stated on our website. We also totally understand that we will win some and we will lose some and that we cannot please everyone. Best of luck!"

Like many others here I had a defective item from Ooze. I filed a warranty claim back in January and still no word from them at all. There is no phone number to contact them and no way other than the contact form on their site that apparently just gets thrown into the void. I paid good money for these products and this is the second time this has happened in the last year. I’ve reached out numerous times in the past few months to no avail. I love how active they are on social media, yet completely absent to support their customers who buy their awful products. Never again will I waste my time with this company.

Purchased the new pronto and got two half assed hits before it died. Tried to contact ooze for warranty or replacement. Good Luck getting anywhere with them. It just will not happen. As bad or worse than Kind Pen.

I bought 3 batteries from this place (Twist, Novex, and Pronto) charged them up tried turning them on and nothing. Literally wasted 70 dollars for 3 dead batteries, Oh! customer service doesn't exist so don't waste your time. You are better off searching for other TRUSTWORTHY retailers because this site is nothing more than a scam to grab your money and run.

I’ve had an Ooze battery for a couple years, but didn’t use it until very recently, when I was able to obtain cartridges of medical oil.
Then it started blinking. And blinking. So, I filled out a warranty claim. Got the automated response, “if you don’t hear from us in 72 hours, check your spam box”. Well I did that. Nothing for two weeks. After scouring the website and finding the only way to contact them is to file the same claim, I did, with reference to the original. No phone number listed, no other email but that one.
Then I found their email to customer support, which had their hours listed. Huh? Why put hours on an email address? Anyways I wrote them about it. And wrote again, adding the details I forgot to add. As of this Monday it’s been a Month since I originally filed the warranty claim. And 4 emails later, nothing in my spam from them, nothing period. So I went on a hunt today for their phone number, which is noticeably absent from their website, everywhere on their site!

I paid good money for a battery that now is useless. Based on the reviews in here, I want a refund, not another Ooze battery.

A few minutes later:
I looked at the profile here about how many ratings are listed, what score, etc. Ooze has NOT responded to any in the last year, which is about when they started collecting them. So obviously Ooze doesn’t care about their customers. 🤬 We’re on our own, it looks like. I clicked for them to send my review to Ooze, and I sent my emails I’d sent to customer service to the email address listed. So we will see. Good luck.

Bought the Novex battery from their website direct. It took eight days to arrive. Exactly 30 days into light use, the heating mechanism/element stopped working. Tried to file a warranty claim online only to be told that the serial number isn’t valid. Customer service hasn’t responded. I guess spending a little more money, hoping for a quality battery, didn’t work out with Ooze.

Within a week the charger broke off inside my vape pen, rendering it useless. Sent two separate emails to customer service about it, two weeks later aaaaaand nothing but crickets.
The pen was good, while it lasted.
If you still plan on buying from them, don't expect any customer support.

UPDATE: Nearly a month later, they finally got back to me and shipped out a replacement pen. I'll add two stars for actually getting back to me at all

So basically i’ve only had it for a 1 day… and now it won’t let me hit my cart bruh. i literally waited almost two weeks for this and just for it not to work. smh.
