Love the products that are made especially for people with curly hair. My daughter (19) has struggled for years to find stuff that works for her, we have bought and tried so many different products. She has found that Only Curls products are amazing for her beautiful natural curls! Highly recommend to anyone with curly hair who is struggling to find products that work. Plus the customer service, delivery, cost etc is all fantastic too!!!!!

I strongly advise against buying from this website. I placed an order for several products and the payment was processed successfully—the money has already been debited from my account. However, I never received an order confirmation email, and despite my efforts to reach out, nobody has responded to my inquiries. It is unacceptable to take a customer's money and then provide zero information or support. Very poor customer service and a highly frustrating experience. Save your money and shop elsewhere.

I've recently placed yet another order for Only Curls Hydrating Curl cream. This time for the environmentally friendly refill pouch. I've been using it for at least four years now because it's great for my fine wavey hair giving it body even if I dry it straight & if I scrunch dry my hair it defines my soft waves. Love this product, tried so many products over the years but this is the best. Only Curls have always offered a quick delivery & a hassle free experience. I can highly recommend Only Curls for straight or curly hair.

I’ve had such a great experience with Only Curls. The website is really easy to navigate, which makes finding the right products simple—even when you’re still figuring out what works best for your hair.

I naturally have straight hair but had it permed to achieve curls, and these are honestly the only products that make my hair look amazing. My curls always come out defined, soft, and healthy-looking.

Shipping is always quick, which is a huge plus. What really stood out to me, though, was their customer service. I once accidentally bought a product meant for coily hair, and when I reached out, they were super quick to make it right. They helped me get the products that actually work for me without any hassle.

Overall, I couldn’t recommend Only Curls enough—great products, fast delivery, and genuinely helpful support.

Update from my last review. Leaving White clumps in my hair.
After a few tips from Only Curls the mega hold gel still left white clumps in my hair, no matter how much i scrunch the products in my hair. Only Curls were amazing, knowing that I'd ordered these products from Boots, they honoured my order and sent me out the enchanting gel which was super amazing of them. I can honestly say they were true to their word and with a quick delivery. Im have bouncy curly hair with no white clumps. Thank you so, so much for taking the time to help with my dilemma.

Absolutely delighted with Only Curls products and high quality of customer care. After being diagnosed with breast cancer and undergoing chemo my hair came back curly much to my delight. 😁 It stayed that way for about 3 years and I used Only Curls products. I’d stocked up on refill pouches and bottles but ended up not needing them having to accept that my hair was back to straight. The Only Curls team couldn’t have been more helpful accepting the return of the order. The level of personal service is unusual in this day and age and really sets Only Curls apart. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the business for its products, service and culture. Thank you! 🙏

It got to 1.5 years ago, I’d never got along with my hair, I was always trying to straighten it and it ended up thin, lifeless, fuzzy when I was going out in the rain and I really disliked it as it was a big fluff ball and never stayed straight.
I happen to come across only curls on insta I think and thought I would try the £5 trial packs cos let’s be honest it’s not cheap and I didn’t want to waste money if it wasn’t going to help me.
It wasn’t until I used that that I realised my hair was full on curly and I’d had no idea (at 43!!) 😳
Using only curls has changed my hair for the better and I love the curl I get from it.
I’ve stopped using straightners so I have life, it’s not dead, it’s grown past my shoulders and never has done before as it would break, and everyone I see who’s not seen me in a while can’t believe the changes.
Thank you only curls for making a difference to the way I treat my hair and how I feel about it.

I have been using Only Curls for a while now and I wouldn’t use anything else. The products changed my menopausal hair from dry, frizzy and falling out to soft curly amazing condition. The products are excellent. The customer service is exceptional and the quality of products and accessories is fantastic. Thank you Lizzie and all the team.

The microfibre hair towel is great! Although it is more on the expensive side it is definitely worth it, perfect for straight hair as well as it is really absorbent and fits long length hair! It’s also really secure as it has 2 loop holes on each side which isn’t so obvious on the pictures xx

All the products are so good to use on curly hair , they really work, such good support from the only curls team in ordering for my salon use and for my clients, I have tried many curl products over the years , only curls is definitely the best.

Really nice, great for my wavy hair. I used to have to put water on it a lot but it finally has the moisture to stand on its own. Curl crème is my favourite product. I would love an advantage card system if they had one though.

Customer service quick to respond with my queries before purchase.

However, very disappointed with the products. I had been using those from another company but felt I could get a bit more definition with my hair. Sadly this didn't happen and the other brand was much better.

Other cons:
Postage is very high. More so than similar companies.
No free gift for new customers despite saying there would be.

I have been embracing my naturally wavy hair for about 7 years. In this time navigating what works for me has been tricky often involving lots of trial and error having to buy costly products just to see if they work for me. I had been considering Only Curks products but didn't want to spend lots of money to find they don't work for me. The starter/travel bundle was ideal for trying the products and I have found them to be the best I have used yet. I've had little to no build up in the 6 months I have been using them and my waves are more defined than ever. I am very happy 😊

I have tick curly hair and as I have aged it's become hard to keep my curls. I saw the ad for only curls and was hoping it would help. Unfortunately it didn't do what I wanted it to do. However the cleanser and conditioner are amazing, leaving my hair nice and soft but the cream did not keep my curls and my hair felt hard so didn't like that either.
I tried their introductory package which was great way for me to get small amounts of the product at a decent price.
