I wanted to write an honest review as I was definitely lured in by the Instagram marketing. The products (starter pack and branded towel) arrived as described and in good time. I found the packaging to be a little bit DIY looking and the towel to be a bit cheap feeling.

I do not have straight hair, I had super curly hair when I was younger and now it is wavy/often frizzy and occasionally ringlets itself. These products did absolutely nothing for me. I followed the instructions exactly. The product felt heavy on my hair like it was weighing it down and my hair looked greasy all day. I tried 2-3 times and then gave up as I couldn't carry on with it.

There seem to be a lot of people very happy with their experience which is fair enough, but it wasn't for me and it was a big expenditure for me personally compared to what I normally spend on hair products. Feeling very disappointed and silly for being drawn in!

Literally blown away by these products and the customer service of only curls. Love every product I've tried bar one and even that resulted in a speedy resolution.

Writing this review more to see if anyone else has had the same experience. These products left my hair looking and feeling awful! I bought the wavy hair starter kit to try and enhance my natural waves instead of always blow drying straight. The smell of the products is gorgeous, and the packaging is lovely but I have done the routine many times now and I just can’t make it work for me! My hair looks and feels drier, frizzier and more untamed than ever before!? I am using each product as per the instructions and have even watched YouTube tutorials so I’m really not sure what I’m doing wrong! Has anyone else had the same experience or are these products just not suited to my hair? I’m disappointed as I really wanted to love these products! Help?!

I love the products and customer service is great! These products helped me find my curls again and there is a lot of helpful advice. The berry fragrance that came out for the summer smells wonderful.

I tried the Only Curls mini starter kit and wanted to share my experience. The cleansing shampoo and conditioner are lovely — they smell great, feel gentle, and leave my hair soft. However, after using the full kit for 4–5 washes, I didn’t notice any difference in my waves. My hair didn’t curl or gain any definition, despite the brand’s claims that the products help enhance curls. While the products are nice in terms of texture and scent, they didn’t deliver the results I expected. For me, it feels quite expensive for something that didn’t actually create or define curls.

From frizzy, wavy, bushy hair to beautiful curls - I honestly can’t rate only curls high enough! I’ve tried some other brands but none come close to giving me the curls, or longevity, I get with only curls.

Although they’re more expensive than supermarket or other curl brands, I find that a little goes a long way and, to be perfectly honest, I think the cost is worth the gain of having fabulous, curly hair!

It took a couple washes to figure out the the right amount of product to use but was worth persevering with.

I also have the misting spray bottle (great for refreshing curls), the microfibre towel (great material but, personally, not essential) and the sleep turban (I didn’t know how much I needed one of these until I got one!). Again, a bit more than expensive than on other apps (Shein, Temu etc) but, as my granny used to say, you get what you pay for!

If your hair is curly when wet but more frizzy/wavy when dry then I would recommend trying these products!

I can't rate the products as I haven't received them yet. But since I placed the order, I have received six texts and eight emails. Waaay too much! I am neurodiverse and feel overwhelmed with so much communication. I thought OC was a friendly company but feel like not accepting the package and returning it unopened. I feel 'hounded'.
I can 'opt out' of marketing emails but as a retired Human Resources Manager, am surprised that a company thinks this aggressive level of communication is acceptable, in the first place.

These products are the only ones that work on my son’s hair I’ve spent nearly a whole year and hundreds of pounds looking I’ve finally found the best stuff!! Highly recommend

Spoiler alert the free mystery gift is a microfibre towel which wouldn’t be so bad if I hadn’t already had it in my order and paid for it. Couldn’t even send it in a different colour! Probably can’t shift the excess grey stock.Think a bit more imagination wouldn’t go amiss!

Amazing customer services, i emailed over the bank holiday, didn't expect a reply until Tuesday, I had a reply within a couple of hours, query was resolved straight away, great customer services, something you rarely see nowadays

I received my products and tried them for the first time yesterday and WOW, I can’t believe it, I have my curls back. My husband said he had never seen my hair look so good and I went out with a new found confidence.

I will peruse your website for more…. Amazing, honestly I was such a sceptic as often adverts, FB posts all seem a bit fake and I never know what is real, but this is sooooo real, genuine and true.

I have curly hair but have so many skin allergies, this is the first brand I found that helped me. The products are amazing. They define and care for my curls and do not irritate or cause reactions to my skin. I have used this brand for a while now and I swear by it. I will keep coming back to order the fragrance free selection again and again. ( maybe/hopefully they will expand the line 😀 ). My recent order was for 5 bottles as part of the bundle deal. Upon opening my box I was so excited to see a free microfibre towel and an extra free bottle kindly added.

Nothing special. I have really coily,thick curly hair and was previously an Afro Caribbean hair stylist.Doesnt stand out from other brands,I was expecting something better from these. Will stick to cantu

I purchased the all curl cleanser and the all curl conditioner. The shampoo is very thick so it goes a long way and smells lovely. However the smell of the conditioner instantly reminded me of the smell of old public toilets as it smells like the bars of soap they used to put in public toilets. I feel like the fragrance of the conditioner was a let down after the lovely smelling shampoo as now that’s all I can think of whenever I wash my hair. Pump for conditioner is not ideal due to how thick it is you have to keep shaking product or dilute it so that the pump can dispense again. I don’t think they are worth the money considering they have the price of a high end product.

I have thick wavey/curly hair and really hoped this would enhance the look, reduce the frizz etc. However it dried my hair out very badly, made it brittle, frizzy and it felt like straw. I followed all the instructions and it is simply a waste of a months groceries money I had hoped would improve my hair as it claims in all the ads I was seeing daily,including money back guarantees. However as soon as I purchased it the adverts disappeared but the daily spam emails appeared despite checking the box for no email etc

Was hoping for better results. I am mixed race with long Type 3C hair. Using the classic application "curly girl method" I usually let my hair air dry most days, then that holds nicely for three days using other products but did not get this with Only Curls.

Likes: the All Curl Cleanser left my hair feeling so clean, but not dried out. I will probably use this again. The Curl Creme was okay, didn't feel too heavy.

My friends did comment that my curls looked different. Fluffier with a tighter pattern on wash days.

Smell of the products is nice.

Overall packaging experience great.

Dislikes:
I used the Mega Hold Gel but found it wasn't enough. Tried a little, tried practically half a tub, and different ratios with the curl creme. Even protecting my hair overnight as usual, would wake up fuzzy and clumped. The texture ended up feeling more brittle. Meant having to practically wash my hair or detangle my hair every day.

The conditioner was very light which meant I needed to use a lot for my length of hair to detangle it. Was worried about the cost every time I used it.

Also: They HOUND YOU, before you become a customer, and after you are a customer. I know you can probably edit these preferences but it has really made me thinking negatively of the brand receiving a text and an email almost every single day as their default setting for existing customers, plus it seems every ad placement I ever see. I get the strategy but it made me have a poor perception of the brand before I even ordered, having to "Hide ads" on YouTube after seeing the same on 400 times. It is so annoying.

I love these products, after trying lots of different shampoo's & conditioners I found only curls and have been ordering ever since! They keep my hear clean and shiny. I use the shampoo, conditioner, curl cream and the mousse and I cant fault any of them! A lot of mousses make my hair feel sticky but this one is perfect. Keeps my curls frizz free and fresh ! Also, the customer service team is great, reply quickly and are very helpful and friendly :)
