I made a purchase on 29/11/23, using the klana option. Money left my account and no conformation of order, I raised a complaint with klana. I emailed via the contact message on the website and was emailed back saying they couldn't find order with number i had. I added docs with proof of payment out of my bank to their company. I then placed another order on the 13th December order number on email OG231572911LDN
Order arrived and I wrapped it for Xmas
Christmas day came and when opened it had parts missing. Photos taken and emailed back to the email contact I had before. Multiple emails sent asking for missing parts or complete replacement, as of yet no reply.
Will update should the matter be resolved.

Update 10th January 2024
I have now received the replacements for the models.
I can say that the replacement did arrive quickly from receiving email.
So experience wasn't great, but I would purchase from them again.

22/12/23:
13 working days (17 actual), so far, with no update on an order.

Shame, I theoretically ordered to get it before the holidays.
I’ll update when I get an update and/or the order.

Other reviews look like there is some kind of customer support and/or time scaling issue. Wish I checked here first.

24/12/23:
Got 3 emails.
One apologising for the delay citing reprint for quality control and ticket delays.
Another, a general email apologising for delays due to excessive orders.
And the last, a general email regarding a sale event.

That’s it, I just don’t get an update specific to me and it’s delayed for an unspecified time.

Also these things don’t go together.
Is it a broken ticketing system, a messed up print or too many orders?
Trying for more business when you have too much?

Not sure why there are no updates on orders.
Still sat at unfulfilled at the moment.
Guess I’ll update if and when I do get my order.

I got them in the end, just took way longer than the website indicates, they’re not perfect, some layer lines on one, broken bit on the other. Added stars as you ,ay be fine with this if you don’t have a resin printer or make more imperfections/broken parts than this does 🤷

Placed an order 23 days ago, still no notification of if the order has been created let alone shipped. Have tried the email contact but it actually doesn’t go through and have left messages on the contact form and through their social media profiles with no contact. At this stage I wish I had read the reviews here and just saved my money. Don’t order through this company and save yourself the hassle

I placed an order with them not realizing the 10 day lead time. No biggie I thought. On day 11 I messaged them to get an eta. Day 12 I got a response that “there is a 10 day lead time and I would get an email when it ships”…..ok but I’m at day 12 now. Later that day I get an email that my order shipped. Unfortunately all they did was make a label for it they haven’t actually handed it over to Royal Mail. That was 5 days ago and no response from any messages to customer service.

Avoid this site. They have amazing creators but the headache you will go through isn’t worth it when there are so many better sites out there.

Ordered something 3 weeks before I needed it, plenty of time to include their 10 day timeline for printing and shipping. I emailed 9 days after the order for an update so I could figure out an eta and was told reprints were needed. It's been almost a month since the last update. I've emailed multiple times and have heard nothing. Obviously, I didn't have it when I needed it because I still don't have it. Emailed again today for either a tracking number or a refund. Don't waste your time or money here.

I made a large order (30+ models) recently and after ten working days (the amount of time they said it would take to print such a significant amount) I emailed customer service slightly worried - but I needn't have been, I got a response within the day that my order had been dispatched. The print is excellent quality. Thoroughly recommend.

Great company who are now printing and distributing Zoontalis figures by Diceheads. The figures come in well packaged, blister packs. My most recent order: spell cards, character cards, and figures, arrived very well packaged but one of the figures was missing. A quick email to Only Games rectified that and I had a replacement within a week. Brilliant.

absolutely great prints and sculpts. come well packaged and good lead time on delivery. Will continue to use!

I have ordered several times, and have always received great quality models in good time. Love having lots of choices of creators!

The figures that I have purchased are all perfect, and delivery time to receive them was just great. I will use this company again.

Great creators on this site. Would recommend not buying models with thin parts if possible as there resin is a bit bendy. Other than that great prints

I've made a number of orders over the last year and have been happy with quality of the models and printing. You do need to check each model carefully and remove the many printing remnants.

When there's a problem however customer service is very poor. They would only get a rating of one.

I ordered a batch of products, three of which were missing parts with another being printed at a different scale than other related sets.

Dealing with customer support has been a very aggravating experience. They were slow to respond, ignored problems, required repeated follow up and when they did answer it was often wrong.

Replacements sets were sent but they too were missing parts. A refund was provided but that too took two attempts to get right. The order was in May, it took to October to resolve.

The defective products are still being advertised for sale on the website.

Most of what you receive is good quality prints. Unfortunately, there is always an error in every order I get. They are good about fixing the order, but that still take a bit of time, and twice I had to ask the status of my order only to learn it had been skipped over or was delayed.

Ordered the set of 4 spiritual weapons, all arrived in perfect condition and well protected. Can't comment on the customer service as I had no need for it, but I'll be ordering again for sure

I ordered from this company, it took over 4 weeks to even get my order out even contacted customer support and they didn’t respond this a week after i’d recieved the order when it arrived there was 3 items there were broken ( got an excuse of one that it is how the designer designed it….)one looked like it had been snapped to fit in the damn package(get bigger packages if the item doesn’t fit 🤷‍♀️) , i was trying to paint some for my project and when i tried to place them on blu tack (blu-tack damn it…) to hold them to paint them, the damn things snapped in half they are not good quality and are flimsy…. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY just go to some where else where they actually have better quality control cause clearly it is lacking severely here….

I was flooded with 15% off on my order with adds so did the purchase of 83USD then without a prompt my purchase was processed and I didn’t receive the 15% off. After a month of hearing from no one I got an email saying my product was on its way and I tried to reply to that and still couldn’t get a hold of anyone until I contacted DM stash and one of their employees contacted only-games for me… after all the wait and frustration the insultingly sent me $4 instead of the $12.45 I should have received. Not to mention half the pieces showed up broken like bow tips and axe heads. Pretty sad experience.

EDIT: After their half assed lying reply, they offer a 15% discount to people who sign up for the news letter and first time customers. Then they also offer free shipping over 75 dollar orders so their response was candid at best. Try to make your lying look better next time.

It’s too bad trust pilot doesn’t let you post photos, 2 of 8 showed up broken barb missing the top of his bow and paladins hammer was broken in half.

They are unprofessional. Terrible to communicate with and don’t have good response times with large dollar orders either. Try another online shop.

The models came very late and while they look okay, they have pieces missing and I haven't heard back regarding replacements despite emailing twice. I have attempted to leave a negative review on their site and it not appear .... but my 5 star reviews make it on!

Truely don't waste your time, money on them. Getting the product in the shape it is supposed to is basically a lootbox. The Customer is slow and incompetent at best. In trying to get a replacement for an item they shipped scratched they replace the wrong item after I instantly corrected their mistake. Some how this one despite being packaged alone winds up without an arm, and in worse shape than my initial order after about a month of faffing about. Truely only games, and they parent company my mini factory deserve nothing, but embargo for failing to provide the services they pretend to offer.

I just to be done dealing with them refunding me due to this backlash is just an attempt to save face. No refund was even requested.

Out of the 14 figures I ordered only two arrived in good condition. Six had deformities (such as seriously bent weapons) and one was missing its legs. Pretty much all but two figures were either broken or scratched during shipping as a result of poor packaging where the 14 figures (and bases) had been crammed into a total of three clamshells, which according to only-games are only supposed to hold a single figure each.

I contacted customer support and was sent replacements for the damaged figures and this time they were properly packaged. Unfortunately two of those also had deformities and the figure missing legs was again sent without legs.

I emailed customer support regarding the state of the replacement twice in the last two weeks but they're no longer responding.

Its a shame that they don't seem to bother to check the prints for faults and missing pieces before sending them off, because the figures without faults are of good quality.

Update 2023-10-27
About a week after I posted this review their customer service finally decided to reply to my emails. Apparently you have to leave a negative review here in order to get a response. They agreed to send another replacement and five weeks later the package arrives. I guess I shouldn't be surprised to find that one figure is missing an entire arm. I think they're just messing with me at this point. Needless to say I will never place an order at this company again, which I suspect is what they're hoping for.

At first I was hesitant to use only games after reading the reviews here but after reading Bestiarums MyMiniFactory advice of where to purchase thier minis ( only games ) I decided to give it a try.
Bestiarums minis are extremely detailed so need quality printing using quality resins and only games far exceeded my expectations.
Iv made several quite large orders, with a delay on the first order as they reprinted some models instead of sending sub par prints out.
Only games uses a flexible almost rubber like resin ( and like) which is durable and provides excellent details, which is printed on what I assume are 8k printers.

Iv purchased many 3d printed models from many companies, I consider Only Games my bench mark for quality and consider them the best company for quality and abs like 3d prints.
